"One of the better places in Lanzarote to have a more sophisticated meal if you want to avoid the pub dwelling British tourist. Set In the back streets, a charming restaurant with outdoor seating. Very good cuts of meat, showcased prior to putting on the grill. We had the BBQ pork ribs, steak fillet and cheesecake for dessert. The main came with a side of well seasoned (thyme) hand cut potato wedges and other garnishes. The meats were cooked well with good depth and flavour, be careful not to overpower your meat with the side purée. Cheesecake was outstanding, made in-house, highly recommend."

"without a doubt, the best restaurant to throw. some dishes made with unique flavors. We order two tickets (pulpo and raviolis), a dish of pasta (cus cus) and chochinillo. each one better. we recommend that you order several dishes to try the exquisite flavors they offer. We felt we couldn't prove desserts, as we were in a hurry, but they also looked very good. and let us not forget to mention the wonderful attention we receive. the very attentive and pleasant staff. if we come back, we will definitely come back."

"Restaurante amplio y muy bien situado. Ideal para disfrutar del anochecer en la costa. La comida muy bien y el servicio atento. Importante tener en cuenta (especialmente para los españoles, que somos de cenar tarde), que la cocina cierra a las 21.30 y que lamentablemente el servicio no avisa de este hecho. Con lo que te puedes quedar, como nos pasó a nosotros, sin la posibilidad de probar sus postres. Algo que no habría pasado si el camarero simplemente hubiese avisado."

"Nella splendida cornice di Teguise, consigliato dalle recensioni, abbiamo scoperto questa locanda nel centro, tipica e molto graziosa, serviti da un giovane italiano, educatissimo, simpatico ed efficiente. Ottimi i tacos al baccalà, ben impiattati con una deliziosa salsina e saporiti ma delicati. Il maiale era tenerissimo, al punto da sembrare quasi un filetto di manzo. Buon vino rosso al calice. Conto nella norma. Ci sarei tornato per provare altro, se non fosse stato l'ultimo giorno di vacanza."

"We came across this by chance when walking from the Coronas Playa Hotel in Costa Teguise on our way to Arrecife. we stopped in to purchase some water and that's when we saw the menu and agreed that on our return journey we would stop off for lunch. Walking time between both locations , approximately 25 -30 minutes The first thing we had to overcome was the language. Me, a little Spanish, the bar staff ,slightly less English. One phrase of paramount importance to me was Sin Gluten ,I am celiac so all my food has to be Gluten Free (GF) and almost immediately we were on the same wavelength. So we put our order in and sipped two gin and tonics . Well can I say we were not disappointed , we had a paella each(GF) along with croquet potatoes and the most delicious meat stew(GF) which tasted like lamb but might have been goat. Whatever it was , it was delicious and very good value . Plus the drink prices were way cheaper than the Costa Teguise equivalents. While we were there were a number of workmen, drivers ,locals and some others all popping in for a quick bite . Always a good sign. Give it a go , you will not be disappointed. As I said this was the find of the holiday."

"I haven 't gone in a while! I reserved a table for myself and my family last Sunday. As we went early they gave us a choice between three available tables which were occupied within a few minutes. They treated us very well! All the guys (waiters) are very nice, a pleasure, the attention is appreciated. We had a wonderful dinner of starters, main course (Lomo Alto) and desserts. The waiting time for the food was perfect. Everything well synchronized. We enjoyed it a lot! We will return soon without a doubt. Thank you so much ! "My wife and I were in Teguise for a weeks holiday. On Saturday the 23 we booked a meal at Ikarus . We were served by a very pleasant waitress and had a good meal . We decided to book again for Wednesday the 27th . We were greeted again by the owner /manager and the same helpful waitress . That was when things went downhill . A very rude aggressive waiter took our order , he refused to answer any questions and became impatient . My wife’s starter salad arrived , my shrimp did not . My wife was half way through her salad when he arrived with our main course which he unceremoniously dropped on the table . I asked for my shrimp again and was told I did not order them. The manager eventually sorted out our order … I got my shrimp starter 50 mins after ordering . The waiter from hell was probably the rudest we have met in 40 years of Restraunt dining , and he spoilt what at €90 should have been a pleasant meal"

"Tienen muy buenas hamburguesas y bastante bien de precios. La camarera de pelo corto que nos atendió era bastante maja y simpática (barraquitos muy ricos). La comida llegó bien de tiempo y correcto en todo. Al pagar tuvimos un problema con otra camarera que se confundió con nuestra cuenta y la de otra mesa, pero nada del otro mundo y acabó solucionado. Eso no quita la terraza de dentro sea muy acogedora y la comida rica. Eso sí, es mejor ir prontito (13:00-13:30) que luego se llena y puede que haya que esperar para comer."

"Almorzamos aquí. La ubicación es muy buena, en parte se puede disfrutar de la vista al mar. Los precios son muy buenos, más bajos que en Alemania. ¡El menú infantil (hamburguesa con patatas fritas) cuesta 4€! Bebidas como Cola 2,50€ y un delicioso Barraquito 4,50€. Lo único que nos molestó aquí fue el tiempo de servicio. Esperamos un tiempo relativamente largo por el pedido. Al final mi hija quería un helado (helado preparado del congelador) y para eso tuvo que esperar unos 15 minutos en el congelador. El camarero no tuvo tiempo. Creo que simplemente les faltaba personal a pesar de que no había mucha gente."

"Fui allí por primera vez hace 3 años. Estuvimos allí tres veces en 14 días. Buena comida y empleados súper agradables. Ahora estamos de regreso en Lanzarote 3 años después y fuimos por primera vez a este restaurante nuevamente. Para nuestra sorpresa, el camarero incluso se acordó de nosotros. La comida volvió a ser muy sabrosa, pero las costillas estaban un poco duras al final. Pero todo el mundo tiene un mal día alguna vez. Por lo demás muy recomendable."

"Un absoluto 10. Primero que nada, sólo consigue el servicio. Fuimos con nuestro bebé dormido e incluso nos ofrecimos para quitar la música. Tanto la chica que explica la carta como el niño que cuida al fumador han sido extremadamente amables y simpáticos, nos han recomendado de manera honesta y sincera. la comida, fabulosa. Es mi primera experiencia en un fumador de un oso y sólo puedo hablar cosas buenas. Vale la pena dar un salto. Pedimos una variedad de carnes y fuimos tan amables de venir y darnos una pequeña degustación de los cortes que no habíamos pedido. hay mucha notación del buen ambiente entre los trabajadores. el lugar muy agradable y muy limpio nuestra próxima visita a tirar tendrá como parada obligatoria este sitio! muchas gracias de gran Canaria"

"Comida muy buena. Pedimos huevos rotos y papas bravas canarias. Pedimos en primer lugar risotto de pulpo pero nos dijeron que ya no estaba en carta y que no lo iban a incluir más. En su lugar pedimos la hamburguesa de ternera. La hamburguesa bastante normalita pero muuy rica. Los huevos rotos y las papas espectaculares. De postre dudábamos entre tarta de queso y torrija caramelizada, así que pedimos las dos y fue todo un acierto! Todo muy rico y el servicio muy acertado, el pueblo es bonito y tranquilo. Relación calidad precio adecuada!!"
