The steak tartare was seasoned to perfection, where each addition enhanced the flavor without being overpowering. The baba au rhum smelled very rum-y, but it didn’t taste too much like rum. The baba itself had a nice spongy texture, and the syrup was a good mix of sweet and alcoholic."
