"My husband and loved (past tense) this place. We visit most times we are in Sale shopping. We always have the same pizza, Mexicana, as we absolutely love it. The pizzas and Italian cakes we find very authentic and the best pizza bases around. However, we haven’t been in for a while but yesterday my son and I went in for a quick bite to eat after visiting my husband in hospital. How disappointing. The pizza was as tasty as usual but very skimpy on the topping. I decided to get a slice of cake each for me and my son to take out and some cannoli (my husband’s favourite) to take to him as a nice treat. I was shocked when I got home and took out the cake and cannoli. The chocolate fudge cake must have been sliced with a razor blade. The two slices together would not have made one of their original slices, it was dry and stale and at £3.10 per slice daylight robbery. The cannoli was only a third the original size and even at 3 pieces for the price of 2 at £3.00 was a rip-off. I understand that businesses are finding it difficult and are having to make savings but they still need customers. We are all finding it difficult and yesterday was what is now, for us as pensioners, a rare treat and one I won’t be repeating, at almost £32, I’ll take my custom elsewhere, sorry."

"absolutely horrific from beginning to end. we had our 2 year old son with us, which means that meal times in the regular are made quite fast as we get the food at once and he eats quickly. not this time! we were there about 2 hours because of the shocking service. it wasn't busy and it seemed to be more employees than customers, so there was simply no excuse. highlights included: the woman asked for a j20, was brought quite another drink. small child received a color leaf and then said there were no crayons to use. he asked that all foods (beginners and main things) be brought out at the same time, we got the adult starter after about 20mins. no sign of the rest of the food. the adult starter was then deleted, and 20mins later the rest of the food arrived, including the child starter?! margherita pizza had practically no cheese on it and was flat cold, took a bite and sent him back what I have never done before! the replacement had a little more beeping, but still quite naked. had to remind the waiter several times to get cute. to dessert we ordered a coffee and an ice cream. nothing came up for over 20 minutes, we chased it up. then they brought the ice and ice. No sign of coffee at the place where we 'd finish the other desserts. I went in and canceled so we could go. the only plus point was when I asked to pay so that we could go, the waiter tried to serve the cashier and "pressed the wrong taste '. he went to another, until with a colleague, after 5mins of the head scratches, he then gave me a bill for. £9.70! Not bad for a three cursor meal for three of us with drinks. I paid and went, thought they had something for the terrible service, but about the reflexion and no one said everything I think they just messed up the bill. probably the worst culinary experience I've ever had, pathetic simply because we had a nice day and the sun seemed."

"Downloaded the app. Nothing worked. Ordered at the bar, paid £2.25 extra for beef on my burrito bowl. When it came out, there was literally 5g of beef and sauce added to the smallest burrito bowl I have ever seen. The bowl itself was fine. But if I had paid just £10 for the bowl itself, as standard, I would have been furious. But then having paid £2.25 for an extra 5g of beef. After asking for an opinion from the staff (who were extremely helpful), it sounded like they either agreed and didn’t want to comment, or didn’t really know what a standard protein portion on a standard meal should be. Ground beef is cheap. Slow cooked ground beef is low maintenance, cheap easy to prepare. My concerns about the portion sizes were confirmed when I was brought out a 2nd portion of the beef… which appeared to be no more than 10g of beef (if you were being generous), and a lot of sauce. For context. At home, you could make 500g of the same thing for around £5.00… and as a business, buying at wholesale, bulk prices, you can make it a lot cheaper. So even if you were serving a standard portion of protein 20 30g for an adult you’d still make money, if you were buying wagyu ground beef from waitrose. If you are looking for decent food… give this one a miss. The service and drinks are all standard for a chain pub, its just the food that is a scam. Staff were 10/10 though, and brought me out a 2nd portion, with no drama. But even 2 portions of that beef wasn’t really enough protein for an adult. And there was far too much sauce to cover the fact that there was hardly any beef"

"Just been est est est. Was served by a rude waitress who was not happy that I didn’t look at the iPad for allergy advice. I tried to explain that I’d been before and know my dish is safe. But she said “that’s fine I’ll...have to put you was not willing to look” confused I asked for the manager. Who said she’d had a word and said it’s to agree to the disclaimer. I explained she never explained this to me. The lady continued to serve us even after I complained about her rudeness. Which made me highly uncomfortable. Then the meals arrived mine was loot warm and watery. And as I got further in pulled what I thought was a leaf out of my mouth. It was onion skin. When I complained about the experience from start to finish. Explaining I was a waitress myself. I was met with but onions are in the dish, surely hairs are worse. She removed mine but still wanted us pay for the remains of the bill. Which after how poor the experience was we simply was not happy to do. My place of work would take it off. The manager is highly argumentative and unapologetic. She just gave me excuse after excuse, “but we cook with onions.” “But we offered to make you something else.” I explained that I wasn’t trying to be awkward with working in the industry myself but it had put me off my meal and I didn’t want to eat here. We argued back and forth, she said but it was only my dish. My friend explained she didn’t finish hers as it put her off as it was the same dish! Reluctantly she took both meals off but we had to pay for two cokes “because we had them” but we drank them before even realising the onion skin was in my food. The service was slow after we complained we was left for ages when all we wanted to do was leave the awful experience behind us. I explained the last time I came I loved it. And had an amazing experience and had been telling everyone to go. But this time has meant I’ll never be coming again! AVOID."

"Went here today with a friend had a lovely afternoon . It was St Patrick's Day they had put on some entertainment made the effort for St Patrick's. Chris who works behind the bar is top drawer great to go to...a pub with staff as friendly helpful has he is. Will defo go back just to say hi to Chris for one enjoy a great day or evening surrounded by good company. If you go there look for Chris give him a big tip . Came in its own little plastic bowl lots of chunks of meat this time around, soft noodles with it too tasted great. the sauce was really tasty, No complaints, a full five star roast duck chow mein 5/5 Overall: Glad i ordered from here and i will be definatly ordering again. The delivery time was quick and the driver friendly. Food was hot on arrival. Price for this meal was £22.70, Would of been nice to get it for £20 a touch expensive but not going to break your bank. Would be nice for them to maybe include handwipes in their order as some of the food can be messy or greasy. 4/5 Final Score 16/20 (worth a visit!"

"Not a bad Starbucks, clean and decent staff, busy as it was breakfast and they did have a few queues, but they were getting through orders at a decent enough pace. There were a few tables waiting to be bussed -and a few guests were grumbling about this as well, not that they asked anyone to clean a table or you know sit at a clean one, just wittering to each other about it being dirty- while we waited but they served the guests first and cleaned up after which I thought was reasonable for a coffee shop. Surely the service does first? The staff here aren't overly chatty like in some stores but it's a busy location and they're pleasant and helpful enough, even with us taking a few minutes longer to decide as they were out of a product we ordered."

"I ordered food for delivery two days ago without realizing that the restaurant had changed owners since my last visit. When the food arrived, the driver did not have the correct change for my order and promised to return with it, but never did. The food itself was disappointing; the chicken burger buns were soggy and falling apart, and the burger had a strange texture. The pizza did not match the description online and included tandoori chicken, which was not mentioned. I called the store to address the issues with my order and was told they were busy and would call me back, but never did. After two days of waiting, I went to the store to speak to someone in person, only to be told it was a mistake on their end with no offer to make things right unless I returned the food. It was a frustrating experience, and I would have appreciated a phone call as promised."

"Went to the store today around 16:30 ordered fish and chips. They said it would be 5 mins. I was on a call so waited outside was the only customer in the shop. They had asked me if I want salt and vinegar and I said plenty. After a while the called out my order trusted them to deliver so did not look when I got home the cod was freshly done but the chips were barely hot and appeared re heated . I called the store to complain the lady who Answered the phone argued with me and basically said I was lying. Instead of listening to me and apologist about my poor experience they argued with me then started discussing me with her colleagues in store while I was on the phone and then hang up. When I called back they did not answer.
