"El Cingle is a restaurant located in the little village of Vacarisses, near Terrassa. It had a michelin star, but some years ago the restaurant lost it. However, the quality of the dishes we tasted here were great! We did the gastronomic menu, which had 2 starters, 7 dishes and 2 deserts. It have been the first gastronomic restaurant, in which I almost could not finish the last dessert! The menu has a lot of quality and also a lot of quantity! and the rate quality-quantity/price is excellent. The best dishes for me was the galician octopus, the cannelloni and the meat (incredibles all! , but the other dishes were very good, too. Moreover, we tasted a very good white wine and a red one too. Very recommendable if you want to go to a fantastic restaurant located outside Barcelona, but no so far."
