Breakfast was disappointing especially as we thought it was included, there were not many of us but there was a lot of noise. The shower was dirty and we had no hot water the evening we arrived. The reception was closed so we could not ask for help. I would like to share with you some thoughts about my recent stay at your establishment. First of all, the communication around breakfast left us confused, as we had initially understood that it was included, but discovered that it was not, resulting in unexpected charges especially which we would have preferred go elsewhere for the same price. Furthermore, I was disturbed by the noise level coming from the room above mine, in particular the footsteps which were quite pronounced. Additionally, the heating in my room was excessive, creating an uncomfortable atmosphere. Finally, the situation where hot water was no longer available in the evening was an additional inconvenience. I understand that every establishment may encounter challenges, but I hope this feedback can contribute to the continued improvement of your service. Clearer communication about additional charges, measures to mitigate noise and adjustments in the management of heating and hot water could significantly improve the customer experience. Rooms: The bed is good even if it is 2 small beds pushed together. However the shower was dirty. Nearby activities: The city is a few minutes by car, like other hotels with better value for money. Walkability: The castle is along a departmental road, I don't think it is very accessible on foot from the town Food drinks: Breakfast was not very generous. The pastries were burnt.
