"1st time in Gran Canaria and must say hospitality service across the board is not up to standard. for the first time i thought we could establish a really nice place to eat dinner and stick to what you know first 2 times out to eat here were lovely good service from the same waiter. 3rd times a charm we were unfortunately very unlucky as he was not there. orders were wrong service was so slow my food got cold waiting for my partners order to be rectified and served. requested chilli oil, got given ground pepper and oil seperate, as if to say here just make it yourself also ordered a sangria on day 1 was €4.50 tonight my Sangria came to €7.38? random number and i had a glass not 1/2 a litre. nobody took our plates, nobody asked if there was anything else we needed. after getting fed up of waiting partner went inside to pay so we could just leave and not have our evening ruined any further. honestly never going back which is unfortunate and tonight didnt see the nice waiter who initially served us twice, so we could finally give him a nice tip. The other staff were unhelpful. if the service tonight honestly wasnt so bad i would give a 4star"
