We are installed on a very beautiful vegetable table, very original and really natural... mojito for me, and again, it's nice to fall on a barmaid who knows how to make this cocktail... we order, and in good family of viandards, it makes carpaccio and charolais tartare, and a t-bone of simental. Frites (only flat, they would have preferred home... and salad. Blue/saggered picket coming rather bleeding, but it does not prevent it from appreciating the quality of the meat piece, very tasteful. The carpaccio is simply amazing. Without fun, and it’s perfect, you really have to let this meat enjoy itself just with a lemon fillet and olive oil. It is a slaughter, sweet meat, melting.. tartare prepared exactly as I asked. Here again the quality of the meat is impressive, chopped minute, and seasoned just what it takes to enhance it without eraseing its taste. Roquefort sauce that tastes like roquefort! Creamy. For dessert very good whipped dessert, vanilla ice there still high-end. And greedy digestive (practice for coffee and tea drinkers with mini homemade desserts, all very good (real panacotta, coffee mousse style dastarsu and nata pasteis served warm to fall parterre . The glass rose is very honorable, very good choice to accompany our dishes. The welcome is really very warm, the service is present without being heavy.
