"I was quite disappointed with my experience at the restaurant. Our table was booked for 7 PM, but we weren't seated until 7:20. The bar staff completely ignored us, despite it being a quiet night. When we finally placed our food order, it took 45 minutes to arrive, and the quality was lacking. We ordered two liver dishes and two pies; the pie was tough, and there was hardly any liver to be found. When asked if we wanted dessert, we declined, and were immediately handed the bill without any offer of coffee or anything else. Overall, the customer service was very poor. Food rating: 2."
