"As a result, we couldn't enjoy our meal and ended up rushing through it while bundled up in our thick coats and jackets before leaving. The staff didn’t even apologize for the situation. To make matters worse, they added a service charge to our bill, which isn’t mandatory. Just a heads up to everyone: check your bill before paying and don’t hesitate to ask for the service charge to be removed if you need to, as we learned the hard way after paying when the staff told us they couldn't reimburse us.
We had hoped for a pleasant evening but would have preferred to stay home and order from somewhere else, or go to another restaurant where the temperature is comfortable and customers aren't left to freeze. We definitely won't be returning."
