"Booked a table for 2 as it was my daughters 29th birthday, been through a tough year with having lost family members, so wanted to have just a mum daughter dinner for her birthday I asked if the table could be decorated a little and if her dessert (as I knew she would order one) could be brought out with a lit candle or sparkler , I was told yes and to write it on the comments section upon booking. Sadly none of the above was done so I felt pretty let down for my daughter as I wanted just this little extra surprise for her which wasn't to much to ask. Instead it just felt like a normal dinner. At other establishments in weston on previous birthday dinners out my daughter has been treated to the above plus a free drink without evening asking. I wasn't asking for a anything free just a little extra attendance to the above upon request after being told yes it will be done . I spent nearly £100 last night which is why the extra little detail would of topped it off"
