"First visit, while visiting the area, specifically to see a football match. Had pre-booked a table and was allocated a booth with our own screen, giving an uninterrupted view of the game. We didn't eat so can't comment on the food although the menu looked tempting. The beer was good though. Friendly staff and good atmosphere made for an enjoyable visit. Pity our team lost the football game."

"Friendly welcome. Swiftly seated. Really enjoyed prawn starter cooked to perfection. Nice pizza for main. Kindly put slices left in a box to bring home. Like that you can get a 500ml carafe of wine. Away offers on which make it good value for money but full price is over priced I'd say. There was a group in who were quite loud, as the restaurant is open plan there was no noise absorption. Not the makings of a quiet dinner for two. Otherwise couldn't fault."

"I hosted a team event and we visited the Emmerdale Experience. I want to emphasize how accommodating the staff were; nothing was too much trouble, and the customer service was outstanding! The trio of roasts was generous in size, with the meat perfectly cooked—rare and juicy. The sweet potato mash had a nice texture and flavor, and the fish and chips were flaky and delicious. Overall, the food was absolutely fantastic! I highly recommend it. Thank you to the team for taking such good care of us!"

"We arranged to have a celebration meal for my sons birthday. We obviously wanted to make a fuss over him turning 9. I arranged it when we originally booked and also spoke to the waitress who took our order and delivered our first 2 courses on two occasions. She even took a note of my sons details but then nothing ever happened. Will probably head back for a meal at some point. But feel a bit frustrated over how much we paid with very little back. Only 2 adults one child and a toddler. Now we're home I feel I could have better spent the money on something else. Bit of an anti climax to our afternoon/ evening."

"We dined there last night after searching for a place on TripAdvisor, as we are not from the area. We were warmly greeted by a very friendly host who showed us to our seats. I ordered the risotto as an appetizer, which was delicious and a generous portion! For my main course, I had the pork shoulder, and it was absolutely delightful. My friend started with brie and had the vegetable lasagna for her main course, and she loved both dishes. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the food was delicious—just like a true country pub experience."

"We are thrilled to have the best deli in the world right at our doorstep! My partner and I visit this deli whenever we can, and we are always satisfied.
