"I gave 4 but id say 3.5. We were met by a friendly waitress who showed us to our seats. Once sat down it took about 10 minutes for someone to ask if we'd like drinks and I we were ready to order. Nothing major at this point really. Maybe a little longer wait to be asked than normal but it was busy so I was cool with it. We ordered a starter and drinks. It took 15 20 minutes for the starter which again fairly acceptable, however it was at this point we only received our drinks. The starter tasted good though so kudos to the guy/ gal in the kitchen for that. We ordered our main. This took about 25 minutes... again it was busy and was to be expected. But not once were we seen to by the front of house team for drinks until the main came. Again the mains were good, another kudos to the guys in the kitchen. Steak was good perfectly. We enjoyed the meal, however the service let it down tis particular night. Looking around many other seemed a little fed up with the wait and not being seen to. I'm not one to complain really, specially in a busy restaurant but I do think it's important to try and check in with customer ever now and then. All in all, I'd come.back again in the hope of even slightly better service."
