"My grandmother, who is over 90 years old, walks with a walker. That's why I called the restaurant early to find out whether it was wheelchair accessible. This was assured to me by two gentlemen. At the entrance we noticed that she had to climb several steps to get to the restaurant. To use the toilet she had to climb down and back up 3 multi-step flights of stairs. Really very disappointing. No apology from staff, no help offered. I only give it 3 stars because the brunch was really good. Otherwise a disappointing visit."
