"A gourmet restaurant with flavours to date and quality products. The restaurant room has large windows as a wall on 2 of its sides with a view of the garden. It gives the impression of eating in the garden. On the other side, you can see the inside of the kitchen. It is always interesting to see how the dishes are prepared and there is no smell, no noise. The dishes really taste and the flavors get married. It's a pleasure. In the Sequoia menu, I took Le melon, Le veau and the chocolate mousse. The entrance is therefore a melon tartre and a duck magret that marry perfectly. I'd say there's more magret than melon. The vegetables of the hot dish were delicious, the mushrooms accompanied very well the calf that was not dry. In dessert, the chocolate mousse in the shape of pine apple was surprising, although a little too compact. The rest of the plate was well above, with some sort of crust and ice, very rural. I was also able to taste dessert. The fig that brought me back to childhood with an incredible lavender flavor. I found myself on the plateau of Valensole in Provence. The cheese plates, tasted in the room, are both very good. We'll find out where to find these cheeses to get home. Finally, I ate more by greed than by hunger. I highly recommend this restaurant."
