"Very disappointing for a pizza for CHF 50.50 I get a delivery like .. see picture where everything ran down like it has been carried standing on a side. After calling to complain, I have been offered a CHF 20. discount for accepting the pizza as is. I declined and the contact provided me with a new pizza within half an hour of quality as expected. Even so I understand the business approach of offering the discount, as a customer ordering a pizza with that price, it felt like an insult. For the future I recommend when you have a complain of that magnitude (this was not a toping like onions missing) for an order that well passes the total of CHF 100. ... just bring a new pizza instead of offering a discount to get the customer to accept sub standard quality ..."
