"It is really good that they offer so many clearly labelled vegan options. However, it’s a bummer that the online menu does not show if it’s vegan or not, just the menu in the restaurant. Be cautious that you may get a non-vegan chutney that wasn’t mentioned in the menu for the starters. We ordered two vegan starters and got a non-vegan sauce (containing yoghurt) that we luckily suspected before trying it. The menu doesn’t mention that you get sauces to the starters and it would be great if you were asked as guest if you want that or at least informed that one contains yoghurt. That wasn’t a great experience. The online menu mentions chutneys but if I recall correctly the one in the restaurant did not. And at least both starters were labelled vegan. The portions are quite big for the price and you get a fancy tea candle powered tish grill to keep the food warm while eating. The nearby road makes the outdoor seating unpleasant. I’m gonna inform the restaurant about the labelling on the online menu and about the non vegan sauce so it may be better in the future. Updated from previous review on 2023-05-01"

"I was there on Monday evening around 8:30 p.m. The male service worker was very friendly and there was nothing going on in the store. Normally I would consider the emptiness a bad indicator, but I was extremely hungry and thirsty so I stayed. I ended up ordering a “normal” gyro plate and a large turbine brew. Food and beer were there in no time (but I would have expected that in an empty shop). The gyro plate tasted really, really tasty. Meat not too dry and not too raw. The fries may be slightly oversalted, but that is always very individual. Tzatziki was excellent. All in all, I can highly recommend the Mythos restaurant and would come back. €34 is standard in Zurich and shouldn't surprise anyone."

"Terrible, Unfriendly service. bad quality food, they only take cash as They don’t accept credit cards and 5/10 times their Card reader doesn’t work. I ordered by phone. When I arrived they said their Card Reader doesn’t work (again) and I need to get cash from an atm. When this time I complained that they should have told me so on the phone upfront they basically threw me out and told me to never come back again."

"Nat was our server and he was fantastic. Great energy and enthusiasm. Overall the place was laid back and had an inviting atmosphere. The food was okay, and the lack of selection of draught beer is why I give 3 stars. Only 7 of the taps were in use and therefore lacking in variety. We picked this place specifically as we were tired of lager or lager at most restaurants. With a little more love for craft beer, this place would be 5/5."

"molino offers a decent selection of vegan pasta, pizza and start. we liked the spaghetti napoli and penne all’arrabiata, which in our case were perfect al dente. the pizza marinara is very economical, but, and even a veganized pizza vegetariana (only omit mozzarella) is not so great. verdure al forno are more of a starter. overall the price/performance ratio is in the green, especially in the Pasta department."

"A good pasta restaurant but also other Italian recipes, for example the pinsa. The service was good and quite fast on lunch although unfortunately I was not 100% convinced by the food due to a small problem. I ordered one of the options on the lunch menu, tagliatelle with veal rib sauce. The pasta was good and cooked well, the sauce was also tasty but unfortunately inside the sauce there were pieces of bone and also the pleura (or skin) of the ribs, I didn't like finding it on the plate. To make the dish better they should have removed these parts from the sauce. The restaurant is located a few steps from the polybahn, at the beginning of Niederdorf, a perfect location for visiting the streets of this beautiful historic neighborhood. Inside the place has a pleasant atmosphere."

"There we were, hungry as ever, 2 minutes away from Ban Song Thai. It was a spontaneous decision. As you step into the restaurant, you’re greeted with a big smile and a lovely atmosphere. The service is impressive and the food is drool-worthy! We always try the coconut soup if it’s in the menu, it was, so we ordered it. Yum! Everyone we tried was delicious. 5 Stars"

"We were visiting Zurich for the new years weekend from London and were excited to dine here on a Friday (at 5:45pm, without reservation). We were offered a table for two in the middle of the restaurant on the second floor. We requested if the table could be moved near the windows; but were told unfortunately that they had reservations for the duration of our dinner. We noted that there quite a few tables near the windows still open throughout our dinner and until we left (around 7pm). We ordered a mushroom stroganoff and a potato rosti with grilled vegetables. The rosti was fantastic, so were the choices of cocktails (especially Italian 75). The mushroom stroganoff had too much rice and was overly salty. The waiter was kind enough to remove the charge on one of our drinks due to the disappointing dish. Overall, the restaurant has a fantastic choice of vegetarian food. We probably won’t come back due to the service and the quality of food, compared to the price."

"The menu offers classic sports bar dishes: burgers, tarte flambée, fish n chips, ribs... The quality of the food is quite good. My ribs were very tasty. However, I complained that the portion of side dish should be larger. The sweet potato side dish was okay, but I expected something more delicate. The brownie was also super delicious! I would have liked a slightly larger portion. The beer selection is a strength of the restaurant, although I find the prices a bit high. And I wasn't happy with the advice I didn't think my Zwickelbier went well with the ribs. The service was okay. I generally find the prices a bit high, even if the quality is there. I can recommend the restaurant."

"Naturally gluten free. Beautifully friendly place to eat, especially important as a solo traveller. The food was wholesome and soul filling. The cheese was perfectly melted and fantastically creamy. Loved the mash was skin on, and tasted fresh. The whole place has a lovely homemade feel to it, which I didn’t expect at all. Sausages were delicious and slightly smoked. Left feeling full in stomach and soul. Big thank you to the team at Raclette Factory."

"Iceberg salad with pieces of sweetcorn is now an Italian dish? Interesting! Tiramisu tasted like something from Migros. "I really like this place, the food is spot on, always well done and a good selection. Lunch menu works nicely and the dinner menu is more extensive and has a nice blend of hearty Italian but also classic Italian stuff and some interesting new dishes. Recommended. It also doesnt die off at 9pm which is an unfortunate feature of a lot of restaurants in Zurich. 18th March 2022 update: its still really good! 21st October 2022: Came here for lunch with my wife and the service was fantastic and the food was great as always, recommend the Manzo Filletti and the Tignanello."

"I've visited this place with my friends. We had a daily menu which was great value for the price. The food was delicious and service great. Everybody were nice and friendly and Susanne really went above and beyond for us to have a great time there. The place is charming and authentic, has some spirit of history touch. "Take Out bestellt, dieselben Menus wie immer. Schon öfters ist die sehr variable Qualität aufgefallen mal ist es sehr lecker, mal scheinen andere Köche am werk zu sein. Diesmal war es sehr schlecht. das Laab glich einer wässrigen Suppe und essentielle Ingredienzen fehlten. das curry hatte kein Gemüse drin. als wir anriefen meldete sich zuerst eine Dame, dann der Koch, der lediglich meinte: das stimme nicht, er habe es selbst zubereitet. Keine Einsicht gar nix. Das ist sehr schade, zumal wir langjährige treue Kunden sind, die öfters schon mal über qualitative Unterschiede hinweg geschaut haben"

"Mit grossen Erwartungen sind wir an einem Samstagabend ins Brisket essen gegangen, diese Erwartungen wurden leider nur teilweise erfüllt. Das Ambiente war super, aufgrund des schönen Wetters konnten wir auf der Terrasse essen, was sehr toll war. Nur leider wurden wir zu fünft an einen 4er Tisch gesetzt was vom Platz her nicht ideal war. Der Service war sehr aufmerksam und locker drauf, was sehr gut zu dieser Art von Restaurant passt. Die bestellten Drinks waren sehr gut und schön präsentiert. Das BBQ war sehr gut ! Ich war bereits an diversen Orten in Amerika und ass dort traditionelles BBQ und das BBQ, dass hier angeboten wird kann sich definitiv mit Original amerikanischem BBQ messen! Der einzige Minuspunkt, welcher aber leider doch zu markant war, sind die Beilagen. Der bestellte Salat war kaum mit Sauce serviert, die Chili-Cheese Fries waren mit wenig Cheese und anstatt Chili mit Chilischoten und ein paar Beans garniert. Ich liebe das typisch Amerikanische Mac' and Cheese, aber das Mac' and Cheese, dass im Brisket serviert wird hat nicht viel mit dem Original zu tun... zu wenig Käse und "Brösmeli" war dann doch zu Schweizerisch interpretiert- Schade !!Ich denke, wenn das Brisket die gleiche Qualität des BBQ in die Beilagen stecken würde, wäre das Restaurant ein absoluter Hot Spot in Zürich ! Ich werde sicher wieder einmal als Gast vorbei kommen und werde mir nochmals ein Bild machen. Vielen Dank für das tolle Essen !"

"I am not vegetarian and enjoyed this place. The food was diverse and chouce plentiful. It was easy to discover what you wanted easy to pay, great to ensure there is no wasye as you oay for the weight of your food. The decision around your beverage was easy as it was done after you choose your meal so you can easily pair the wine with the meal choice. The staff were great, pleasant, and attentive to the customers. I saw one helping an older couple with their plates from their seats. It was above and beyond and just showed the fabulous service they give. The area was clean the tables basic but there were plenty of seats to choose where to sit. I enjoyed this. The food was great, I didn't really have a full choice for the sweets (desserts) but apart from that I couldn't fault it. It was good."

"Where do I even start? I am traveling solo through the country and I like to splurge on a nice dinner towards the end of my journey which happens to be Zurich. Read some nice reviews and decided to try this place out. I walked in behind an older couple (maybe 65-70 years old) and they were quickly sat by a male server without asking for a reservation name or checking the tablet for a name. When the sever returned to the front I asked for a table of one and he point to who I assume is Mr. Paulo Alexandre. Mr. Alexandre told me they were fully booked and I cannot dine in unless I have a reservation but I can sit outside at one of the empty tables if I like. So I chose to do that. However the older couple in front of me had no issues getting a table by the server. Now the food was amazing but the service was less then stellar. I don't know why the server (I don't know her name, but she was Italian) treated me so poorly, maybe because I look young and dining alone, so she assumed I can't afford it? I guarantee you I can afford a nice dinner when I want. I asked for a wine list, I never received. I was never informed of the specials, but the table next to me were told the specials. I was only offered one piece of bread while the table next to me were offered more. Whatever the reason was, she shouldn't judge a guest by what they look like (or dressed like) or if they are dining alone. After paying $117 USD (99 Francs) for my one meal and one dessert, I still tipped 15 Francs. As someone who has been in the hospitality industry for 20+ years, I always leave a tip, even if I was treated poorly or like a child. Unfortunately, the amazing food was overshadowed by the terrible service which created an unfavorable atmosphere. Let this be a warning to those who travel/dine solo, that you may not receive the same service as others."
