"I came to Time Restaurant and Wine bar while visiting Rome. I was alone when I came here and sat outside to have lunch, enjoy the weather and of course... drink prosecco. I LOVED Time. These are the top reasons why I LOVE this restaurant and recommend it: Everyone is friendly. From the bell hop that directed me to the host stand, to the front desk that directed me to where the bathrooms are located, to the host that sat me, to the waiter that served me, to the bus boy that filled my water. Everyone provided the service I expected from such a nice establishment. The restaurant is beautiful as is the hotel. So much so that I have bookmarked it and plan on staying here the next time I am in Rome. The menu is exactly what I was looking for. I'm a California girl exhausted from pizza and pasta, craving vegetables and guess what Time has... awesome salads. It was perfect. Bubbly selection on point. Very happy. Do I recommend this place? YES!"
