"I ordered a rump steak with mushroom gravy and salad. The salad was really enjoyable. The chips were crunchy fries. The medium rare was closer to rare and the mushroom gravy was very, very runny. We asked the waitress if the chef could make a thicker gravy for 2 people and she said “well, all he’ll be able to do is put some normal gravy in it”. Not the answer we expected. She brought back a hybrid gravy that had dribbled down the side of the dish and plonked it on the bread and plate. How is it that your pictures don’t hang straight on the wall. I thought the one I looked at was lopsided until my friends pointed to the ones behind me. We booked for 10 people tonight and regularly eat out fortnightly. Next meal will be somewhere else."
