"The most interesting and exciting restaurant in Palermo! 5 stars! The chef is super creative and imagines mind-blowing flavour compilations on the plate. This is probably the only restaurant in Palermo that, apart from serving wonderful fish dishes, makes vegetarian food taste original and incredibly satisfying at the same time. Is isn't the only-verdure-grilliate-or-mixed-salad type of place that pushes vegetarians into the dull predictable corner. Each time it is an unforgettable experience, I recommend it wholeheartedly!"
