"A place that is at the same time alternative and traditional: it combines the desire to innovate with the need to remain linked to the traditions of a prestigious territory such as Siena: interesting and curious proposals... I recommend the braised beef which has nothing to do with the Piedmontese school, but it is a surprising meat dish. Excellent choice of wines, very courteous and attentive staff. Compliments!
