"They should have mentioned CLEARLY that you can only put reservations if and only if you intend to had lunch/snacks that their offer apart from tiramisu… i was so surprised upon arriving me and my partner somehow being ‘obligated’ to order their tapas/snacks to keep our table, we end up buying a bruschetta (min order of 6 pcs and a cheese almonnd honey when we are genuinely came here for the desserts and we are full with heavy breakfast , and the way the waitress talk to us a bit intimadatibg, does not seems warm at all , probbaly its italian ways that Im not used too,,, note that this also happen with other people came after us and had a reservations, another thing that they really need to improve, please please have a physical menu, why on earth someone need to go to your instagram to look at your menu???? Very inconvenience… when it come for the tiramisu is not that Great, it was alright, 100 flavours is the most intriguing but hey the after all classic one is the best and there are plenty other restaurants that they can serve better tiramisu.. i totally NOT recommended this at all, not worth the hype!!! They really really need to IMPROVE their customer service, yes it is not a fine dining which I didn’t expect as well but please be better in treating your customers."
