"I have been to you on several occasions and there has not been one time in which I felt welcomed and was treated decently, as I think should be normal in places of this type. Today I went here for a coffee/snack break and, after taking a seat (which was not to be taken for granted because another time they didn't let me sit down to drink a coffee even though the place was empty), a waitress approached, clearly annoyed by our presence that, not even looking at us, asks us for order. After the coffee I decide to have a brownie so I get up and head towards the previously mentioned waitress who, without looking up to listen to me, when I asked what brownies they had, replied in an annoyed tone and with the classic teasing laugh. “Look, they're displayed in the window, go and look at them!”, as if I had asked her for the moon! (among other things, I went to the shop window to look but I wasn't able to understand the difference between those on display). The fact is that the girl couldn't tell me which brownies they had and I had to turn to my colleague, who, I must say, wasn't the most friendly either. I decided to write this review not to argue, also because I am aware that much more serious episodes occur, but simply to try to make these people and, in general, anyone who works in this sector understand that you are not justified in treating customers in a this way (or worse) and that you must always show respect (especially if no one has behaved badly towards you). It may well have been a bad day, you will have your problems and I don't doubt it but, when you decide to work in contact with people, you must be aware that patience and kindness are necessary qualities, unless you want to lose customers. I doubt I will return to this place as I absolutely have no desire to receive similar treatment again or to ruin another day."

"I visited the establishment on 12.11, the reservation was in the name of Markus on 19.15. I'll start with the bad: the disgusting behavior of the hostess girl. We were greeted with a terribly dissatisfied face; when asked if there was a restaurant here, we were very unpleasantly and disgustedly answered “yes, but did you make a reservation?” with a pretense, as if I were some random person who just wanted to be sent away after the answer: “no, I didn’t reserve,” but I had a reservation, so we were seated at the table. The whole process was accompanied by a terribly dissatisfied face of one of the hostesses, and talking down to me, as if she were my guest, and not I her. When we left, she lost my mother's hat, after which she claimed that she had nothing anywhere. After we asked to look again, because it definitely should be there, she replied: “Do you want to look in the closet yourself?” with aggression and complete disrespect. Despite her show off, we decided to look inside and, lo and behold, there was a hat. It was hanging on a different hanger, not where our jackets were. Her reaction to this was priceless: “Do you think I hung it there?” I don’t care if it’s you or your colleague, it is your work, and even if your college did it and you didn't find anything just apologize and that's it, how can you even talk like that while working in the service. As a result, no one apologized, she threw out a couple more passive aggressive phrases and smiled demonstrably. In general, she ruined the evening significantly; they left extremely dissatisfied with the restaurant. I would like to get an answer from the manager of the establishment regarding this situation; such people should not work in the service. The food was good, the waiters were incredibly pleasant and sweet, very attentive and courteous, and they provided incredibly good service. If it weren’t for this, we would have gone to sort things out regarding this situation on the spot, but we decided not to create problems for everyone during the work shift, purely because of the good work of the waiters. I'm waiting for a response from the manager regarding the current situation."
