"We arrived here twice on consecutive days. At 6 o'clock on Friday, we were almost alone in the place. On Saturday at 8 o'clock, however, we had to wait approx. 5-10 minutes. The servers are nice, extremely fast. The food is ready quickly. They operate with full houses in the area, and there are hardly a few guests in the restaurants next to them. We loved everything! There will also be a service fee on the bill. It's like 7-10% (on Friday the percentage was somehow less than on Saturday). Unfortunately, we dug into the pasta before the photo. They were served better than that!"

"Siamo tornati dopo oltre due anni nel nostro locale preferito di aperitivi e pensavamo che a causa del Covid non sarebbe stato il solito magnifico aperitivo e invece siamo stati piacevolmente sorpresi perché il Buffet è stato ricostruito alla perfezione... e poi per la cifra spesa... un Prosecco di Benvenuto, un Aperitivo ed un Buffet All you Eat non si può che essere pienamente soddisfatti. Unica pecca che all'interno del locale faceva un po' freddino. Ma non fa niente, visto che il Buffet è stato davvero ben organizzato ci torneremo sicuramente con degli amici!!"

"Restaurant outside seats are nothing great, service is nothing great except the manager I met, he is super gentle and polite. The problem is the reason why I spoke to him. My pizza stank of rotten bread, then I asked to the waiter if the base was pre-made and he confirmed. Basically the base was made days before, no doubts. And the smell and taste was awful at the point of feeling disgusted. Maybe this trick can work with foreigners but not with Italians. I am a little but ashamed to think that my connational sell this as a pizza. The freshness of ingredients should be undiscussed. I also felt bad after. I suggest you to don't go."

"Gino's è stato il primo posto in cui ho mangiato durante il mio breve viaggio a Venezia perché era vicino al mio albergo; era discreto. Aveva due pizze vegane sul menu, oltre a opzioni di pasta e insalata. Ho scelto la Siciliana perché non aveva formaggio ma aveva anche olive e capperi. Aveva un odore delizioso e i sapori erano buoni ma era estremamente aglio e un po' troppo croccante. È stata l'unica pizza che ho mangiato durante la mia visita quindi non ho niente con cui confrontarla, ma ne ho mangiato di molto migliori nel Regno Unito quindi presumo che non sia il meglio che Venezia ha da offrire, comunque è un posto piacevole da visitare per uno spuntino veloce."

"È un peccato, non vedevamo l'ora di passare una bella serata. Appena abbiamo ordinato, abbiamo notato il cameriere arrogante e svogliato (pelle calva, occhiali). Abbiamo preso la pizza, che era molto grande, ma purtroppo era composta da un unico pezzo di mozzarella. Adoro il formaggio, ma era decisamente troppo. Il colmo della situazione è stata la visita al bagno. Un solo bagno, con circa 250 posti per uomini e donne, proprio dietro il forno della pizza. L'unica nota positiva è stata il giovane cameriere con un piercing che ci ha gentilmente portato l'olio d'oliva e ci ha fatto pagare il conto. In conclusione, si sta molto, molto meglio a una strada di distanza!"

"I had the opportunity to sample a variety of dishes, each with its distinct character, albeit not always for the better. Among the selections were fettuccine, potato bake, and lasagna, all traditional offerings that promised a comforting taste of Italy. Unfortunately, the execution of these dishes left much to be desired.Starting with the fettuccine, the sauce was a primary letdown. It lacked the harmonious blend of tomato and other ingredients that one expects in a well-crafted Italian sauce. Instead of a rich, cohesive flavor, the sauce seemed unprepared, as if the ingredients had been hastily combined without regard to how their flavors would meld. This resulted in a dish that was far from the sumptuous experience anticipated.The potato bake presented a different set of challenges. It suffered from inconsistent baking, with some portions overdone to the point of burning, while others remained bland, lacking in any discernible flavor. This inconsistency extended to the vegetable seasoning as well, with only some bites carrying the intended taste. Such uneven preparation detracted from what could have been a comforting, homely dish.The lasagna, despite its aromatic allure, thanks to a good smell of vegetables, did not escape criticism either. The sauce and cheese, fundamental elements of any lasagna, did not live up to expectations. The sauce was a disappointing encounter with a dish that is often a staple of Italian cuisine.In conclusion, while the restaurant held promise with its selection of Italian favorites, the execution in preparing these dishes was lacking. From sauces that failed to marry their ingredients properly to inconsistent baking, the dining experience was marred by a series of culinary missteps. The highlight, a fragrant vegetable aroma in the lasagna, could not compensate for the overall lack of finesse and care in the kitchen."

"The worst service we have had in Rome. We walked through Piazza Navona looking for Apertivos during normal happy hour . We were quoted $12; that 's fine, we expected an up charge due to the location. A very kind gentlemen told us to sit. We waited, and waited, and waited... no one came by but we watched waiters just standing around. That 's when I looked up reviews and was not impressed. Seeing many stating laughable service. I can see why. About 20 minutes go by and no menus or anything, and we see others being ignored while waiters just stand around. A table asks for bread and the waiter rolled his eyes and actually looked like he purposely was ignoring them. At this point we decided to leave. The guy at the next restaurant saw us leave and literally said, next time you 'll know where to come . As if he sees this often. Oooof. Not sure if the sweet gentleman that sat us was the owner, but if so, these waiters are running it into the ground."

"Beh, dopo una grande serata e un ottimo pasto in questo ristorante, abbiamo deciso di tornare, ma avrei voluto di no. Finalmente non sono riuscito a ottenere la birra che volevo, gli antipasti sono arrivati, poi abbiamo ordinato i piatti principali, due piatti di pasta, il mio è arrivato entro 5 minuti, mentre abbiamo aspettato che arrivasse quello di mia moglie. Non arrivava, abbiamo chiesto cosa fosse successo, ma nessuno sapeva dirci. Abbiamo chiesto a qualcuno che stava pulendo il pavimento, e lui è andato a cercare qualcun altro che è andato in cucina a chiedere. Sospettavamo che non fosse stato ordinato; potevamo sentire il campanello in cucina, ma il personale era troppo impegnato a guardare la TV. Il piatto di mia moglie è arrivato 15 minuti dopo il mio, il mio era freddo e non era buono, così abbiamo pagato e siamo andati via. Mentre uscivamo, pensiamo che sia stato il manager a seguirci e a spiegare che il personale era nuovo e a scusarsi. Non torneremo mai più. Ma se vi piacciono le bevande mancanti dal menu e la pasta fredda e collosa, questo è il posto giusto per voi."

"È stato un lungo cammino prima che finalmente ho avuto l'occasione di mangiare al Romeow Cat Bistrot a causa della chiusura pandemica. È stato il mio primo pranzo durante una visita di 2 settimane in Italia. La posizione del ristorante non è nella zona turistica (che è sempre un segno di ottimo cibo locale!), ma non è difficile da trovare. Un incantevole patio all'aperto è disponibile ma ovviamente si vuole andare dentro a causa di tutta la graziosità dei gatti! Mentre ci sistemavamo, Mario, il nostro cameriere, ha pazientemente e chiaramente spiegato il menu e ha dato splendide raccomandazioni. I piatti erano deliziosi! Le presentazioni erano ben curate! Il gusto era assolutamente mozzafiato! Non sono vegana ma dopo un pasto al Romeow, ha sicuramente messo alla prova la mia mente riguardo al modo in cui ho mangiato finora. Consiglio vivamente il Romeow Cat Bistrot se stai visitando Roma. Se vuoi avere un pasto pulito ma delizioso che ti regala un'esperienza di ristorazione di alta qualità, e alla fine avrai ancora lo stomaco pieno ma non ti sentirai male, devi assolutamente provare il Romeow. L'unica cosa che mi manca è non aver potuto incontrare la proprietaria, Valentina. Dai un'occhiata alla storia sul suo sito web. È incredibile e ispirante. (Luglio 2022)"
