"Last weekend, I, my sisters and my nieces, on holiday in Rome, were looking for a place to eat a good carbonara. This restaurant, behind St. Peter 's Square, caught our eye (and our palate via Instagram. Without hesitation, we went there. Let 's start from the place... clean, comfortable and welcoming. We sit down and Luciano, the owner, welcomes us... professional, kind and very nice. We started with a good recommended red wine, platters of cured meats, local cheeses, hot and crunchy focaccias and fresh potatoes with fried skin...mmmmm yummy! Then we moved on to the first courses, inevitably some classic Carbonara and two with a pleasant variation, the artichokes (a really tasty dish with a cream that you can 't help but make slipper ! then the Gricia! Without words, they were DELICIOUS, just by looking at them mouth watering, at the end some tiramisu! We will return and I recommend it without any doubt we had a good time, we felt at home, pampered by the owner and the very sweet young waitress. Thank you so much, to all of you who work with so much passion and attention.
