"A great disappointment. This restaurant was recommended and looked great when we checked it the night before, but the expectations were crashed. Service and food were unacceptable. The Maître d’ ignored our table and all just one of the others who concentrated his charm and attention on a table with two young women. The result was a shot between waiter and the kitchen. For the starter they served the wrong dish to a guest and another had to wait five minutes longer until the Carpaccio escapes (which it almost did). For the main course it was the same: a diner served the wrong dish and another had to wait for her. No excuse. Two of the most important courses were served with Tepid meat and cold vegetables. It was clear that the communication between the kitchen and the house was launched. The Maître d’ was unprofessional, ignored our table almost completely and the other waiters were friendly, but chaotic. It felt like the kitchen was using good ingredients, but was made of kiloters. This service and food standard was completely unacceptable for a restaurant with quality aspirations. Other reviews show that the restaurant can work well, but the maître d’ and kitchen seemed totally distracted this night. It was a terrible experience. Be careful."
