"If you're looking for a place to feel ignored, unceremoniously moved around and treated casually, congratulations, you've found your culinary paradise! I had the pleasure of choosing the only clean table, only to be moved to a dirty table where the server placed all the contents on the floor to clean it. The menu was as empty as the enthusiasm of the staff, and I had the privilege of having to get up to inspect the window and see what was left to eat. After ordering, I was hoping for cutlery that evaporated into kitchen limbo. The flavors served were as bland as the waiter's attitude, oscillating between mediocre and passable. After an interminable wait, I finally managed to pay the bill, but of course, the waiter managed the feat of making a mistake in giving change. Avoid at all costs!"

"Siamo stati a cena lì dopo aver fatto una ricerca su internet. Devo dire che ci siamo trovati molto bene bene, il locale è a misura d'uomo, molto accogliente. Il gestore è una persona molto affabile che ti dà ottimi consigli. Le porzioni sono abbondanti e i prezzi giusti. La qualità del cibo mi è sembrata molto buona. "Premessa, se vi sedete per rilassarvi e godervi due ore di pranzo siete nel posto giusto, se invece non avete tutto il pomeriggio libero per mangiare una piadina, un dolce e un caffè allora meglio che evitiate... tempi di attesa lunghissimi e a tratti imbarazzanti, un quarto d’ora per prendere la comanda, non meno di tre quarti d’ora per portare due (2) piadine (mentre persone arrivate dopo di noi stavano già mangiando), un altra mezz’ora tra l’ordine e l’arrivo del dolce e caffè che ho dovuto sollecitare perché evidentemente si erano dimenticati, giustificandosi dicendo che “il palmare non collaborava”. Ci siamo seduti alle 13:30 e ci siamo alzati quasi alle 16...Per il resto, giusto dire che la mia piadina (Tutto Fumo) era veramente buona e saporita e che il posto è molto carino. Prezzi nella norma."

"I have been to you on several occasions and there has not been one time in which I felt welcomed and was treated decently, as I think should be normal in places of this type. Today I went here for a coffee/snack break and, after taking a seat (which was not to be taken for granted because another time they didn't let me sit down to drink a coffee even though the place was empty), a waitress approached, clearly annoyed by our presence that, not even looking at us, asks us for order. After the coffee I decide to have a brownie so I get up and head towards the previously mentioned waitress who, without looking up to listen to me, when I asked what brownies they had, replied in an annoyed tone and with the classic teasing laugh. “Look, they're displayed in the window, go and look at them!”, as if I had asked her for the moon! (among other things, I went to the shop window to look but I wasn't able to understand the difference between those on display). The fact is that the girl couldn't tell me which brownies they had and I had to turn to my colleague, who, I must say, wasn't the most friendly either. I decided to write this review not to argue, also because I am aware that much more serious episodes occur, but simply to try to make these people and, in general, anyone who works in this sector understand that you are not justified in treating customers in a this way (or worse) and that you must always show respect (especially if no one has behaved badly towards you). It may well have been a bad day, you will have your problems and I don't doubt it but, when you decide to work in contact with people, you must be aware that patience and kindness are necessary qualities, unless you want to lose customers. I doubt I will return to this place as I absolutely have no desire to receive similar treatment again or to ruin another day."

Mi aspettavo fosse del pane o del toast fatto con esso (che è una varietà di pane senza glutine) In realtà erano semplicemente fette di patate dolci coperte di burro di frutta e noci. "Place with a very nice atmosphere and very kind staff. The cuisine is refined, although traditional. I particularly appreciated the polenta with cod and loved the apple pie with vanilla ice cream. Minus the Amarone risotto. It wasn't bad, far from it, it just had a bit more acidity for my taste. "The place is undoubtedly particular and does not go unnoticed. A dive into the America of Greese's times. Too bad the clothes don't make the man: fast food, overcooked, dry and salty burgers. The fry wasn't bad I liked the chips, jalapeños and onion rings. Terrible and unprofessional staff: beyond superficial and rude ways. They brought us the burgers while we still hadn't finished the appetizers, and to make room they took away our plates while we were eating. The (I think) head waiter is always busy yelling at everyone (as if there wasn't enough noise already), he even scolded the waitress while taking our order, telling her to go to another table rather than ours, gesticulating over the table. my head and often touching my hair with his hands. From this point of view, all the staff were in harmony, in fact they did not fail to address each other with decidedly colorful epithets."

"Locale vicino alla stazione, conveniente per un dolce a volare. L'offerta è piuttosto insolita: offre colazioni, aperitivi e dolci con una chiamata continua ai locali americani. Purtroppo, il menu, comunque variegato, non offre gli aggiornamenti giusti che vi motivano a frequentare regolarmente il club. La stanza dovrebbe distinguersi per la musica e le luci neon, ma la sera abbiamo trovato il volume troppo basso e una buona parte dei segni neon off; un vero peccato dato la loro peculiarità. Il personale è abbastanza piccolo, ma cortese, giovane e disponibile. Il locale merita sicuramente, perfetto per la pausa dopo il lavoro o il ritorno dalla stazione; ma deve essere rinnovato e pubblicizzato, cercando di attirare un pubblico più fedele e non solo passando attraverso. La camera gode di un enorme parcheggio condiviso con altre attività e un quartiere residenziale, e ci sono posti a sedere all'aperto coperti da un gazebo."

"Food was great. Unfortunately the service is subpar. I asked at the cashier for a Beyond Sausage and the person told me “oh you have to tell me the number, I don’t remember all the names”, so I told them the number on the menu. Their menu is structured in a way that more than one item share the same number on the menu and for that given reason they gave me a wrong item. When I politely told them the item wasn’t the one I asked for the person was extremely rude telling me “what should I do with it?” and I should be more specific (even if I asked the item by its name before). When asking for the price difference the answer once again was given in a disrespectful manner. The situation could be easily handled with politeness, it was a simple misunderstanding, no need to be rude or aggressive by no means. In the end they brought the wrong item again (a Beyond Burger). I decided to let go and ate it anyway because I didn’t want to deal with the rudeness of the cashier once again. Improvement suggestion: use different numbers for different items in the menu.
