"Terrible experience My experience at this restaurant was extremely disappointing. After sitting at a table at 9.30pm, a waiter around 10.15pm asked us to move to make room for a reservation for 18 people. Despite this, we patiently waited until 11pm for our pizzas. At 11.15pm we noticed that the people who had sat at our previous table were already enjoying their meals while there wasn 't even a trace of our pizzas. After asking for explanations, at 11.30pm we decided to pay the bill and leave the place. The lady at the checkout, rather than apologizing for the inconvenience caused, insulted us by calling us rags and offensively insinuating who knows what area you come from! ; this attitude is unacceptable and raises several questions: was he perhaps alluding to the fact that coming from a particular neighborhood could denote a lack of education? Can 't those who live in certain areas afford to dine at their restaurant? Ultimately, the only fact is that the poor organization and rude attitude of the staff completely ruined our evening."

"I went with my mother who was visiting Turin, we received an excellent welcome and while sitting down we were presented with the beautiful project behind this restaurant. Ingredients almost all made by myself and taken care of down to the last minute! I ate the best vegan pizza I've ever tasted! Soft, crunchy and super digestible dough. "Went on a very busy holiday and I must say, I was really disappointed with the experience. First of all, I ordered four dishes to try. They only brought two over the course of an hour. The waiter never came back to our table at all and was far more attentive to other customers. After waiting a very long time, we were finally able to flag the waiter down. By then, we had had enough and asked for our bill. They tried to charge us for all four items and we had to let them know we never received two of them. As for the food, it was so so. The carbonara was pretty good, I'll give them that. But I'd never go here again it just wasn't a pleasant experience and it felt overrated."

"Frequentiamo questo locale ormai da anni ma purtroppo ultimamente la qualità soprattutto del servizio non è più la stessa. A questo proposito, dispiace ad esempio notare la scarsa attenzione per le più semplici regole anti- Covid, come il corretto uso della mascherina da parte del personale di sala. Mi associo, poi, alle critiche espresse in altre recensioni sopratutto per quanto riguarda i prezzi di alcune bevande come dell'acqua (filtrata) o di alcuni vini al calice, che subiscono un rincaro ingiustificato. Non è una questione di prezzo in sè ma di proporzionalità al prodotto offerto. Basterebbe poco per ritornare a frequentare il Biosserì di un tempo che si distingueva davvero nel panorama della ristorazione palermitana."

We found an item on the menu for 27 euros a seafood mix for at least 2 people. This is a great offer! However, don 't be fooled. It turned out when paying that it was 27 euros per person. Does this mean that if we ordered it for 3 or 4 people, the price would be proportionally higher? Has anyone ever seen the price on a menu for a dish for one person?! And if the food was really good, or just plain good, we would skip it because we appreciate good food. But this plate of abundance consisted of 2 fish, 2 shrimp and one squid. And even that wouldn 't be the worst. The worst thing is that the food was BAD! Really steer clear! There are plenty of decent pubs nearby! This is a shame for Italian cuisine!"

My pizza stank of rotten bread, then I asked to the waiter if the base was pre-made and he confirmed. Basically the base was made days before, no doubts. And the smell and taste was awful at the point of feeling disgusted. Maybe this trick can work with foreigners but not with Italians. "TLDR; Tourist Trap, 踩雷, suspicious 8000+ reviews We took a few days to decide on whether to review or not, as we typically dislike leaving non-5 stars unless necessary. Food really was mediocre in all honesty. Whilst fast enough, the quality and pricing are inadequate and unequal. Initial service was tolerable, up until the end where we asked for the bill. Waitress acknowledged us and was ready to get us the bill, but their owner/manager decided that taking order for another table was more important and forced her to take orders for that table first despite her just about to get us the bill. Looking at the responses to the poorer reviews, many were passive aggressive and showed signs of unwillingness to acknowledge their shortcomings. There is a significant amount of room for improvement. Perhaps, the interior design is one of its few saving grace."

Nessuno del personale ha capito l'inglese, ma in qualche modo sono stato in grado di comunicare che l'elemento in più è stato aggiunto nel disegno di legge. Ha rimosso quell'oggetto e ha dato un'altra fattura. Di nuovo ha preso il conto e ha restituito la ricevuta del mio pagamento. Con il nuovo disegno di legge anche ho potuto vedere per ogni pizza(Ho ordinato due pizze) extra 2.5 € è stato aggiunto. No, sto parlando di 2€ servizio carica, che è stato aggiunto separatamente. Non ho discusso ulteriormente e finito per pagare l'importo che è stato chiesto. La gente non dovrebbe cercare di spaventare le persone sapendo che c'è un gap di comunicazione. Suggerimenti saranno accuratamente verificare il disegno di legge e, se possibile, cercare di evitare il posto."

"Aggioro la mia recensione dopo quasi 2 anni. MARCH 2024: buon ristorante vegano che consiglio. Ho assaggiato di nuovo la degustazione di formaggio (sempre buona come ricordavo) poi il risotto viola con crema di anacardi (molto cremoso) e infine una torta al caramello salata. Un luogo inclusivo e vegano con diverse scelte senza glutine. Se si può, tuttavia, vi consiglio vivamente di venire a cena, il menu è sicuramente più ampio e il servizio più elegante. In ogni caso consigliato! MAY 2022: Esperienza davvero positiva! Vegan posto inclusivo con molte scelte senza glutine. Provate la degustazione del formaggio (realmente buona, con una varietà di sapori e texture diversi, soprattutto Camembert), la pizza con tartufi e crema di anacardi, e i dolci di cioccolato. (Forse l'unico piatto che non mi ha vinto era il cacio e pepe) Inoltre, i formaggi possono essere acquistati in pacchetti confezionati sottovuoto.
