"We have been visiting Al 133 for literally years and have never – repeat never – experienced anything other than exemplary service. The ladies who work there are always smiling and understand my poor Italian perfectly well. For example, on one breakfast visit, they had sold all the “cornetto con crema” and apologised profusely. No problem, we just had a different variety. However as I was paying the bill, a new batch of freshly baked “cornetti” were being brought in and they smelled delicious. Everything we have had there has been very good to delicious, from mini panini, through to overstuffed “tramezzini”. They also do a pretty good approximation of an English/American breakfast but you're on holiday, so eat local! Some nice tables outside that are a perfect spot to watch the foot “traffic” pass by. So if you’re toiling along the Fondamenta Minotto from the direction of the Piazzale, or on your way back there – I can recommend a break at Al 133 to stop and gather your thoughts. Ignore the negativity."
