"Oggi ho avuto la possibilità di provare le varie opzioni offerte come menù del giorno, diviso a seconda delle preferenze in un menù di pesce e uno di carne. Per ciascuno di essi, si può scegliere tra due primi piatti e due secondi piatti proposti. Io consiglio il menù di pesce, a mio avviso più gustoso e completo. Il servizio è cortese e preparato; purtroppo, il personale di sala non è italiano, ma svolge molto bene il proprio lavoro. La cortesia è di casa qui e abbiamo ricevuto sia un piccolo antipasto che un limoncino a fine pasto. Con meno di 20 euro a testa, abbiamo pranzato bene e in modo abbondante, in tre persone, con primo, secondo, acqua, caffè e mezzo litro di vino bianco. Direi che è più che promosso! Non do 5 stelle perché ci sono alcune piccole imperfezioni non legate alla cucina che andrebbero sistemate. Ad esempio, i bagni sono piuttosto fatiscenti e i camerieri, per quanto bravi, cortesi e attenti, non sempre comprendono al volo quanto viene detto loro. Se dovessi tornare a Venezia in giornata, sicuramente tornerei qui."

"Nice garden place ruined by staff and low quality of food and drinks. Don’t order Hugo cocktails , they serve something else extremely sweet and state “it’s how they make it”. Interesting cause I have been to the same place over the summer and they were serving normal Hugo. The substitute Aperol spritz was decent. Aperitif food tastes like leftovers. The redhead waitress is not polite. We asked about a bottle of water which was ordered 15 minutes earlier and she start yelling that she doesn’t take orders. Once explained we did already order it she told us she would have checked. Of course the bottle was never brought to us."

This inconsistency extended to the vegetable seasoning as well, with only some bites carrying the intended taste. Such uneven preparation detracted from what could have been a comforting, homely dish.The lasagna, despite its aromatic allure, thanks to a good smell of vegetables, did not escape criticism either. The sauce and cheese, fundamental elements of any lasagna, did not live up to expectations. The sauce was a disappointing encounter with a dish that is often a staple of Italian cuisine.In conclusion, while the restaurant held promise with its selection of Italian favorites, the execution in preparing these dishes was lacking. From sauces that failed to marry their ingredients properly to inconsistent baking, the dining experience was marred by a series of culinary missteps. The highlight, a fragrant vegetable aroma in the lasagna, could not compensate for the overall lack of finesse and care in the kitchen."

"We went for lunch after reading many positive reviews but unfortunately our experience was not positive at all. As soon as we arrived they seated us at a table of 4 even though there were 2 of us and shortly afterwards they seated 2 other people at the same table. We ordered a meatball and Venetian-style cod with polenta, the cod was passable, the polenta was definitely not as hard as the photos we had seen from the other reviews below. We took a bavetta with pesto and a tagliolini with crab, the pesto had a nauseating smell of burnt garlic and dry and tasteless tagliolini so we kindly asked them to bring us a bucatino all'amatriciana, we were shocked by the excessive parsley in the amatriciana as in all the other dishes (unacceptable in the amatriciana given that the original recipe absolutely does not include it and It wasn't even mentioned on the menu). Needless to say, even though we hadn't even touched the plate of bavette with pesto, they were included in the final bill and not even bothered to give a small discount (not that we wanted it). I end up saying that apart from the terrible quality of the food, since I also do the same job, the service is really bad as if they didn't have the slightest desire to talk to the customer, not even to take the order. Never again"
