"We went to Il Cantico restaurant for a celebration and unfortunately the food was way subpar, and if in Roma I cannot get a decent Carbonara or Amatriciana that means that there is something very wrong in this restaurant. We learned afterwards (from the concierge that the regular cook had is day off (on a Friday evening!! and there was a substitute. Maybe we have been unlucky BUT I certainly will not bring again my business to this restaurant."
