"We came here as part of The Roman Food Tour. It was an absolute culinary delight. Guided by the wonderful Chiara, we were treated to a remarkable showcase of Italian flavors. Starting with the freshest buffalo mozzarella and sun-dried tomatoes, we embarked on a journey that included the finest bruschette with various pestos, drizzled with Ligurian olive oil and accompanied by Prosecco Valdobbiadene D.O.C.G. The experience continued with a 30-year-old balsamic vinegar drizzled over 36-month Parmigiano Reggiano, followed by black truffle pate spread over Caciotta cheese, Filettuccio al Barolo, Prosciutto di Parma, and exquisite bruschetta with Parmigiano and truffle cream. The white truffle-infused honey was a true highlight, paired perfectly with Montepulciano d'Abruzzo DOC wine."
