"we ate twice in sughero during our week stay in parioli. the food and the ambiente could not have been more beautiful. both of us decided for the six cursor menu and were not disappointed. the hostess remembered us when we came for the second time and made sure that we had visited all the different dishes from our first. they were all absolutely delicious! the fish kitchen is highly original and inventive. the value is excellent. you could never get a comparable meal in new york for everything near this price. sughero was practically for the stay, but it would be worth a taxi ride from anywhere in rom. If we visit again, we will definitely return!"

"Il locale è stupendo: tutto molto curato. Servizio di alto livello. Ovviamente la ciccia è protagonista indiscussa: da non perdere le tartare. Sono consapevole che questo tipo di qualità e servizio comportino dei prezzi elevati: forse un pelino esagerati ma ci sta."
