"The afternoon experience was disappointing. The scones were as hard as stones. When we raised our concern, we received lemon cake as a substitute, which was unexpected. The sandwiches were quite dry, clearly made too far in advance. Unfortunately, it wasn’t a good experience overall!"

Afternoon tea was very disappointing. The scones were as hard as rocks. When we complained, we were offered lemon cake as a replacement, which was rather unexpected! The sandwiches were quite dry and seemed to have been made far too early. Overall, it was not a good experience.
