"Booked for valentines day. They could not find my reservation but we got seated anyway. It took a while before anyone came around to take the order. There were shells in my crab salad. The waiters did not pay attention as to when wine needs to be refilled. One of them nearly took the plate away from us without asking if we were finished. 2 mins after the second course was served someone came around and asked if we were finished with it despite the fact the plate was nearly untouched. Food was food overall but service needs to be improved. Definitely."

During our stay at the hotel, we decided to dine at the restaurant. It turned out to be exactly what we were hoping for. The meal was excellent and the service was top-notch, with all the staff being incredibly attentive.

Really enjoyed dining at Mercante when we stayed at the Sheraton Grand London Park Lane hotel. My son and I dined there several times (breakfast and dinner) during our five-night stay in late March/early April, and we were not disappointed. Service was excellent. Food was delicious. Great value.
