"al sultan is a restaurant in the shepherd market quarter. it is on a small pedestrian zone behind park lane where there are several oriental restaurants. that is a classic Lebanese restaurant. the mezze, tapa style hot and cold dishes, change daily. there are bratlamm, filled or fried auberginen, zucchini with rice and her belt sauce, hummus natural, tabouleh, etc. the entries are 5 or 6 pfund and it takes about two or three to make a complete dinner. there are also cheese salad, spicy nuts, fish eggs in oil, spinach with cilantro. most dishes are very healthy and perfectly presented. the Shawarma style roasts are 12 pounds."

Had the most incredible evening here. Tried just about everything and it was all excellent washed down with a very fine Arak.

I think eating is very good here. the hommus, labneh, tabouleh, sambousek, cheese manakeish, grilled c and d sole. service is very good.

the employees are all very helpful, helpful and what else I can say, but happy to all their young keep the good work. the place is also beautiful for the dinning.

they know the place for long time, compliments for their renovation, very elegant, excellent eating, but I was disappointed with the service, the staff must be more attentive to the customers, especially if is quite.

was there for a quick lunch order a hummus, falafel, muhamara (quite spicy enjoyed it). for the net we ordered a mixed grill chicken (dry and some boiled). overall only one average meal, would duplicate twice before return.

first, that was awesome! so delicate and not dry! very good. the falafel were mini and presented very sweet, they were a little different, but beautiful. the fattoush and tabouleh were good. the halloumi was ok and didn't cook amazing. they have made our order a little messed up, like forgetting an apple juice and mixing a coffee, but nothing important. overall it is a good place.

Best Arabic Food ever! Haven't been to this place in a year and I am still on the look out (that is in the arabic countries) to find a Homous that tastes better than theirs. It doesn't really stop there, from the freshly baked arabic bread, to the raw kubbeh and their grilled meat everything at Al Sultan has a particular taste to it. As if that wasn't enough the kindliness of the staff and the management makes you feel right at home. Always the first stop from the Airport
