"Nice is full of bakeries and small shops that sell pizzaladiers(french pizza slice with onions, olives and anchoves) bread, sandwiches and sweeter things. This little old lady at Al Taglio may look like just another one of those, however, this is something far better. With sour douge and quality ingredients this is a hidden gem. I recommend the fig pizza slice. If you sit inside (1 table) she cuts your slice and serves it on a wooden plate in a nice presentation.Here i found an artisan pizza baker with a true love for her craft. Enjoy."
