Don't bother. After waiting 3 hours, that's an hour and a half late. They cancel. Disgusting service. Much, much better Indian restaurants nearby. Never, ever use this place.

Avoid unless you want to pay over the top. Absolute rip off... 4 starters, 4 meals, 1 nanbread, 1 poppadoms, 2 halves lager £91. I brought a menu home and even picking the most expensive ones it did not come to £91

There are not many halal outlets in the Wirral. Alam Balti is a slightly old fashioned restaurants. Almost a throwback to the 1980s. It is an establishment which is non busy times strives for personal service. I had a mixed grill which I liked apart from the seekh kebab. That was because it was of the old fashioned type popular in Bengali run restaurants in the 1970s.

We recently visited Alam Balti and was realy happy with the service we received. there was 6 of us and we was kindly looked after by the staff we brought our own alcohol which is a good idea and saved us some money we all had popodoms and a chutney tray which was Free with our main meal . would highly recommend the lamb bhuna if anyone is looking for a nice small relaxing restaurant give Alam Balti a try you won’t be disappointed Visualizza piatti

Ordered tonight off justeat chicken chilli garlic, butter chicken extra hot, garlic rice, peshwari naan, onion naan, onion bhaji, sheik kebab. We’ve had a lot of curry deliveries in the last 14 months of lockdown from most of the restaurants around bebington and I’ve got to say this was by far and away the best we’ve had. Spicy, flavourful, fresh, aromatic and downright tasty enough to make me log on to tripadvisor and post a review. First Class, thank you.

After waiting well over the wait time for our takeaway last night they missed one of the main meals off…. I then rang the restaurant and yes they sent the other meal out over half an hour later but the rice which came on the first delivery was to share and the naan bread both of which where freezing once the final meal arrived. And to say that was bland there was barely any chicken in it….. it went straight in the bin bear in mind we were now on 9pm. I have requested a refund but they think it’s ok that we waited until this time for a disgusting meal! Will definitely be giving this place a wide berth and ensure my friends and family do too. After a friend has repeatedly recommended the Alam we finally got around to paying a visit last night. Having purchased some wine from the conveniently placed off licence next door we perused the menu outside, chatted with another customer then entered. Met by the lovely Sayed who seated us, brought menus and glasses for our wine. They have quite an extensive menu including a great selection for vegetarians. We opted for the Banquet for 2 at £30, that's for 2 not each. We had poppadoms and a tray of mango chutney, onion and tomatoes plus a really delicious dip which consisted of yoghurt, chilli and lychee, coriander and one more ingredient that I can't remember.
