"espectacular experiencia gastronómica. entramos por casualidad y amamos todos los aspectos. Aunque parece una tasca de barrio, definitivamente es un lugar donde comer cuando estás en jerez. Pedimos algunas navajas que eran exquisitas, algunas albóndigas retintas con salsa de foie para llorar y algunos tejidos (montaditos) y jamón que eran muy buenos. un couland muy rico. Lo repetiremos cuando regresemos a Sherry."

"This is the most delicious personal paella in Jerez. The chef asks for your paella order the day before you arrive to shop for the freshest ingredients and the paella is prepared for you and ready when you are. The starters are chef's choice and like everything, made with care and skill. This time we had seafood paella and there was seafood in every bite not just rice. The rice was perfectly cooked not too hard or too soft and it was expertly seasoned, not too salty but not too bland. The crispy rice on the bottom of the pan, which they serve on the table and from which you eat directly, was so good. Dessert was imaginative and also delicious. And the gratis artisanal house made aperitif (in the flavor of arroz con leche) was so nice. This small and unassuming gem in Jerez is a must. We will come back whenever we are in Jerez!"

You can go several times and don't get tired because as I already said the letter is wide and in the kitchen they work the wonderful material. are products of the earth and fresh and it is noted. dishes come out quickly and attention is very good, exquisite. to go, it is highly recommended to book first because it is always full in peak hours of food and dinner and more in seasons such as Christmas, Holy Week or Summer. they have enough tables, however, both inside the local and outside on the terrace. "En Albalá nada más que lees la carta sabes que tienes un problema. ¿Cuál? Que no sabes qué elegir, todos son super apetecibles. La original combinación de las culturas que enriquecen la gastronomía gaditana junto con la buena materia prima y la creatividad del chef hacen de este restaurante un destino muy recomendable si estás en Jerez. Los platos son muy vistosos, en proporciones muy generosas y perfectos para compartir. Y el servicio a la altura, siempre atento y muy amable. Y me atrevería a decir que si por la mañana haces una visita a la Escuela Ecuestre, entonces sí que la visita es obligatoria (está a unos metros del recinto) y será la guinda a un día perfecto."
