"Port coffee, a nice place in Bourg! Port coffee now offers a catering service. He officially became our point of restoration with friends on the village. Ideally located on the port of Bourg (no, really? It is true that the name would have made me think it was in the subsaharian desert, the atmosphere is more than friendly. But let me tell you my first memory of this famous Port Café. 8:30, hunger comes out and my mother and I have not yet dined. Friends therefore propose to join them to share a gourmet moment at the Café du Port. We're going down to them. It will be a meal inside and not on the terrace for this time. The welcome is very hot, the atmosphere at the right franquette, a little noisy but quite appropriate. Looking at the map, I am very surprised at the prices of dishes that seem more than reasonable to me (it is very rare that a dish exceeds 15€ and those, even for meat dishes. Tartare or grilled camembert? The manager puts me even more water when she tells me that today they have a seafood tray. What will I choose? So many good things to eat, why don't I have a bigger belly to swallow everything? Finally, my choice is beef tartar, nothing better to measure the quality of a restaurant and its products than to order a raw product. However, I convinced my mother to take a roast room (in truth, she doesn't need me so much for this wise choice to taste it. Friends take a tray of seafood to share. The seafood comes, I negotiate to taste an oyster (we never let go! , and the oyster I tasted was very good. He was a Marenne oyster, so far I've never been disappointed by these oysters. My tartar and roast came five minutes later. Well, here's a tartare like I love them, a good quality of meat, delicious caps, a good raw egg and all the condiments that go with it. But above all, much more: MAISON FRITES. And they were really good. My mother likes her roast, I eat at my own pace, but I'm done with my tartar. She cuddles, I sacrifice myself to finish her plate (I wish you with all heart to have a child like me who finishes your plate but what a delicious sacrifice!
