we were in this hotel because we wanted to try out their 1 star restaurant and so we did. we both had the 5-course dinner and it was excellent and very creatiw and beautifully presented dishes. I had the wine package and it was good....Only surprised that white wine was served with the cheese. the personal had some problems explaining in English every court, but they tried their best.

I ate here with my parents, husband, and young baby. There were few other customers and they were very accommodating with the baby. The service was fantastic with great wine recommendations. The food was fun, interesting, and delicious. They were very accommodating of dietary restrictions...with one gluten free and one vegetarian in the group. Aubergine is well deserving of the Michelin star and probably working on a second star. The only thing missing is that the ambiance is pleasant, but nothing unique. Be ready to spend quite a bit, but the experience was worth it.

Christmas 2020 – The Corona Year For years I have been preparing my finest organic Christmas goulash for Christmas. But then I read in the newspaper from Gans to go. To spend more time with the family and especially with the children on Christmas Eve, we used this offer and my husband picked up the food at noon on December 24, 2020. It was really excellent. I myself am an inspiring cook and mainly use regional and above all organic products. Since I was still allowed to grow up in a self-catering family and we had a huge garden planted with fruit and vegetables, I still have an extraordinary taste today.
