"We went with my sister in this little restaurant we seem friendly following the discovery on Google Maps. Here we are at the reception waiting to be installed: Mrs. the room manager passes in front of us without calculating us. Mr. room manager does the same. After 5/6 minutes in the restaurant we are told to no longer serve (open cooking written on Maps until 7pm) and we are told that it is privatized today. If that was really the case, Mrs and Mr would have been very well able to tell us as soon as we entered the restaurant instead of looking at us and inviting us to leave because private restaurant. As a restauratrice on Strasbourg the reception and the knowledge reception are not at the meeting in this address. Is it our skin colors or a lack of knowledge to do on the part of the leaders I feel outraged and disappointed with these 6 minutes spent in this establishment."

"De retour à l'auberge, en famille cette fois ci, nous avons dégusté les menus à 35€, avec le foie gras ou le saumon fumé, ainsi que le filet de sandre ou le cordon rouge de veau, le tout arrosé d'un Pinot Gris très soyeux et un Gigondas solide et généreux...nous y étions accompagnés de notre famille américaine et le repas fut un enchantement ! "to stay in another of the local hotels, my companion and I decided to try out the easier menu offer in the lion d’or’s winstub. a little after six for a start-end drink we have not found a menu on the tables; dinner is served at the tables, so we waited until about quarter before the request. we said that they would not serve in the winstub this evening, but we could eat in the main restaurant from the light menu if we wanted it. sitting in the restaurant, I decided that I would only choose one main course from the à la carte menu. we ordered about twenty seven. I am past a starter, but the escargots of my companion arrived quite fast and soon after half past were completed properly. then we waited and waited. the restaurant was moderately busy, but not full, and many of the diners were obviously on half board and eat a set menu. by twenty to eight, an hour after the order, our main courses had not yet arrived. I caught the eye of the waiter and showed our empty table. I was answered with a teppich. a few minutes later I called him and asked directly. he didn't offer a declaration or apology and went away. We agreed that we would go if our meal hadn't arrived. the dishes came a minute or two later. my companion chicken in cream sauce was inconspicuous, and one of the three pieces was overboiled and left unleashed. my laugh on bulgion was disappointing that the lachs was overcooked and the bed of bulgion and vegetables was an inconspicuous mossque from which I went most. we were not dessert or coffee."

"I spent an amazing week at La Clairière Spa. The place is incredible, well located, the staff is really nice and the bedrooms are really confortable. The breakfast buffet is really satisfying with many options (bread and jams, soy yogourt and granola nuts, fresh fruits and almond spread, vegetables and hummus, vegan pancakes, crêpes or brownies, soy and oat milk, etc... but the diner was a bit disappointing for the price. I really love the concept of choose your protein and we tried some amazing flavors (especially for the mise en bouche but the vegan proteins were not really well flavored and if you spend a few days here, the ingredients used can be redundant (like the mango chutney served during the whole week . Eating vegan in this area is really complicated but the diner menu was not really my taste (maybe too fancy? J 'ai passé une semaine incroyable au spa La Clairière. Le lieu est incroyable, bien placé au coeur de la forêt des Vosges, le personnel est adorable et les chambres très confortables. Le buffet du petit déjeuner est très satisfaisant avec de nombreuses options vegan (pain et confitures, yaourt de soja et granola noix, fruits frais et purée d 'amande, crudités et houmous, pancakes, crêpes et brownies vegan, lait de soja d 'avoine, etc... mais le diner m 'a un peu déçue pour le prix. J 'ai adoré le concept de choisir sa protéine et nous avons gouté des saveurs vraiment intéressantes (surtout pour les mises en bouche mais les protéines végétales n 'étaient pas vraiment assaisonnées et si vous séjournez plusieurs jours sur place, les ingrédients utilisés sont vite redondants (comme le chutney de mangue qui a été servi pendant toute la semaine .
