"We were excited to discover a new local restaurant and decided to book a table at Balseros for Saturday night. The Ethiopian cuisine, particularly the cod bowl, was outstanding, and the service was excellent as well. It was quite shocking that we were the only customers there. I truly hope this isn’t the norm because the restaurant deserves to thrive."

Service was very good, cocktails nice, but food was very average. We had a selection of 6 tapas plates and only the calamari and scallops tasted nice

Absolutely excellent food and service! This place is a hidden gem in Wading. Our family enjoys dining out frequently, and this is our second visit to Balseros. They have a wide variety of dishes and delightful aromas. I also got to try beers from Argentina and Peru for the first time! I highly recommend this restaurant.
