"Had a lovely meal here Friday. Food was perfect. Staff was amazing. Loved the new management. Will definitely be returning again soon! Only downfall was the people dinning further up from us as they was so drunk, loud, clicking fingers to get more wine. Then trying everything to get money off the bill. (Going by the picture I'm pretty sure it was luke chesher who has left a bad review on this lovely place) How ever that wasn't on Frali so you will still get 5 stars from us. See you again soon"

"The experience at this restaurant has consistently been fantastic. We gather once a month for happy hour and enjoy our favorite three dishes for £16. The staff is wonderful and down-to-earth, which adds to the charm of the place. I particularly love the lively atmosphere created by the older patrons enjoying their drinks. We usually visit on Tuesdays or Wednesdays, as Thursdays tend to be quite busy and attract a younger crowd, which makes it less ideal for us. Midweek is just perfect for our gatherings."

"AVOID! AWFUL SERVICE WITH EXTREMLEY RUDE STAFF! Our entire take out was burned to a crisp literally black and charcoaled! Inedible! Shockingly rude staff there the owner (who wouldn't spell his name out for me, when I politely asked shouted down the phone and told us to go elsewhere. Apparently he's stopping take outs in the next week or so as this is a frequent problem. From reading reviews on here now, it seems others have had issues like this and I imagine I'll get a rude response with him lying about this happening! Very strange way to treat regulars (no doubt he'll say he doesn't recognize us as he has said to other regulars that have left reviews on here! we'll gladly find a new restaurant as you suggested before you slammed the phone down!"

"It's not until you spot that favourite old jumper at the back of the wardrobe that you realise just how much you've missed wearing it. And Toscana is the restaurant equivalent of that favourite old jumper, it might not look like something bang on trend for this season, but every time you slip into it you know you're going to be pleased you did. Prior to the first lockdown we came to Toscana very regularly, once every couple of weeks probably, and Helen and I have both held significant birthdays there. Since lockdown we've not been out so much and we tend to try to vary where we go more, so Toscana had slipped down our list a little. This weekend we went back there for a family celebration and everything was just how we left it; the staff were lovely and remembered everyone's names from previous visits and the food was the same quality as ever, neither of which are easy when you're in a party of fourteen. One thing that always splits the crowd is the decor in Toscana, some people find it a little dark and dated, but personally I love it, there's a certain individual charm that a venue can acquire when the decor goes beyond being dated and it becomes part of what makes visits there so enjoyable. The whole place suits itself so well that nothing should ever change in my opinion, I want to be able to pull this comfy jumper on for decades to come."

"We have eaten here about 3 times, now. At first I was not do enthusiastic about coming here again but I was pleasantly surprised. I've not had fajitas for a while so for a change I thought I would try the prawn fajitas. First off they served it up with chicken and prawn but I said that I ordered the prawns they promptly took it away and corrected it. I really enjoyed them and can't stop thinking about them. The only thing I would day is you don't get enough wraps and all the dips -guacamole. The waitresses that served us were very good and friendly, too. Will be more happier about eating there again."

"I attended with nine others and the service was great our food arrived not long after ordering and was amazing they insured we had a constant flow of drinks. The manager is very friendly, he makes you feel welcome the second you step in the door, the staff are not shy to have a chat. I would recommend and I will be going back. "We visited today after seeing the great reviews. We had 2 salt beef bagels and a tiramisu and cannoli to take away. Mayo was added to the first bagel without asking first which seemed unusual for a salt beef bagel but my husband didn’t want to be awkward so said it was fine. We live a short distance away and when we arrived home we ate, the bagels were awful with a stingy amount of very bland, fatty meat and untoasted bagel with a ridiculous amount of Mayo and Dijon mustard. It was the worst salt beef bagel we have ever had. We were hoping for better with the desserts but the tiramisu had no coffee taste and seemed to be made entirely with whipped cream and no mascarpone or ricotta. The cannoli was fine but nothing special. Such a shame after expecting good things. The staff were friendly but most of the food ended up uneaten and thrown away."

"I used to order from this restaurant, but last few times we ordered we've been completely disappointed. First of all they increased the price (which I can understand) but the food quality is worse. After paying £18 for lamb beyti it came with no salad,no bread and no sauce, as they used to deliver in the past. The presentation not the best either. Unfortunately, I won't be ordering from Saray anymore. And I was a frequent customer... Service: Delivery"

"Tried these guys after reports of good breakfasts. BUT everything we ordered for delivery was horrid. No worse … disgusting. A simple pasta dish came still frozen in the middle. The supposedly home cooked lasagne a real cold mess. My wife ordered fish … a big mistake it was off and stunk the house out for ages tasted a bit like ammonia. And the fish finger sandwich so poor ! Rubbish bread and cheapest fish fingers .. a joke. Everything we had was horrid. Never again. What a SHAME"

"Came here for dinner on a weeknight. It’s a big restaurant and unfortunately it was empty when we got there, that’s a good thing for us but not so good for the restaurant, it was a weeknight in January though. The restaurant is nice and clean inside with plenty of tables. All of our food was delicious and the prices were very reasonable too"

"Lovely place. I have been here a number of times, Jimmy and Sue are both lovely and put pride in their work. Food is always great and more importantly fresh, and I don't think I have had a bad dish! We always go with friends or family. Our go to's are Lobster noodles, salted n pepper giant king prawns, beef ho fun, special fried rice, scallops, crab claws, chicken curry and many more! Vegetarian options: Vegetarian options. Kid-friendliness: Kid friendly."

"We came here for a meal for 4 that I had won in a raffle that The Prince Albert had kindly donated, and what a great meal we had !! We all had different meals and each one was cooked perfectly and the belly of pork that I had was absolutely delicious. We were made to feel very welcome and the staff were very friendly and chatted to us throughout the evening . We would definitely recommend The Prince Albert and we will be back soon to try one of the roast dinners which look absolutely delicious !!"

"I’ve been regular at this restaurant for 10yrs, and booked specifically for the ABBA tribute music act that night. We arrived for our booking at 7.45, and there were still a few empty tables, and ordered some drinks. So far so good. That’s when the evening started to go so wrong. Our initial waiter was taken from the section to then work a large party of 20 something young men that were seriously rowdy, who arrived after we had our first drinks. We observed at 3 rounds of drinks going to there tables, in the time we were waiting to have our food order taken. In the end we had to flag down another waiter, as we been there for 40mins waiting! The lads were so rowdy that we asked to move tables. This wasn’t a problem as there were plenty of empty tables. Our starters finally arrived, and the music started. We thought that the evening had been salvaged. How wrong we were. We then waited for our mains. And waited. And waited. Three times we had to ask the waiter, and even complained to the manager. All we got was hollow apologies. The large party had been prioritised with their order, as they had food going to them. Even when the food arrived it was poor. I ordered the rib eye steak rare, and half of it was inedible. You expect some fat on meat, but that was the worst cut of rib eye I’ve ever seen. A very cheap cut. My wife’s pasta too, was also not great. We complained again, and did not stay for dessert. We had approximately 20% comped off our bill, and quite frankly that wasn’t enough. After 10yrs of being regular customers, we will not be going back."

"Stumbled across this place whilst walking down Sidcup High Street so decided to give it a go. However, I really wish I hadn 't. We had a starter of melon and Italian ham but unfortunately, the ham was old and had the consistency of leather. It also tasted like it had gone past its best before date. To be fair the waiter knocked it off the bill but why would the chef allow that to be served to a paying customer in the first place. Maybe they thought they could get that one past us. The wine list looked rather uninspiring. The main of lobster ravioli was cheap and the sauce bland. My partner 's king prawn linguine was 'average ' in terms of taste but more concerning were her stomach issues the next day. Won 't be going back. Baffled as to all of the 5* ratings but there you go."

"I went to this cafe today with my partner and kids, as we walked in a waitress quickly walked upto the table we was about to sit and said she would clean which she did. Once we sat down I noticed a smell which I...can only describe as human waste. I looked at my son and he said can you smell that with a disgusted look of his face. I couldn’t work it out so smelled the menu then the table, and it nearly made me sick. I don’t know where that cloth had been that they used to clean the table but I can honestly say it was horrendous. We complained and left, no way would I or could I eat in there."

"My partner and I recently moved to Crayford and whilst doing up our house with no kitchen we ordered from Curry Xpress almost every weekend and still do despite having a lovely kitchen now! Fantastic pricing, free bombay potatos (which i love) and if you collect you get a discount! The wait time is fantastic usually only 30 mins and the staff are lovely when we go in and ordering over the phone is easy. We had a curry between 6 of us and it came to £65 and we went all out on sides etc honestly rave about this place."

"We ordered a number of meals for take away. The chicken shish kebab came with little salad. The burger and chips had a small handful of chips. The combination kebab meal looked lost in a great big square tinfoil tray with lid and again hardly any rice, salad and chips. Overpriced and small portions. The salad is lovely but without the celery which overpowers the flavour too much. The portions are so small that we don’t use this place and go elsewhere where the portions are decent and not overpriced. Shame as we would use this a lot more if the portion sizes were bigger and they weren’t so overpriced. Not worth the money."

"I went to this wonderful restaurant recently and had an amazing experience. The food was not only delicious, but also beautifully presented and the portions were generous. To top it off, the prices were very reasonable. When we received the bill, we were pleasantly surprised at how affordable it was. The service was excellent, with friendly waitresses who checked in just enough to make sure everything was going well. I am definitely planning to visit again in the near future."
