the food is always fantastic and the staff are friendly and funny... making you feel very welcome and comfortable

Came on Sunday for the first time and was very impressed. Nice atmosphere, gorgeous food and very helpful staff. Felt very safe with the covid precautions in place. Will definitely visit again.

Poor service. Terrible food and £4.60 for 2 popadoms and chutney. On top of that I had to literally climb over the tables to get out as the new layout means it is impossible to get past the tables when someone is sitting at them. Sorry but won’t be back!!!

We’ve ordered from here a number of times. If you order on a Friday or Saturday the food is lovely. However we have made the mistake of ordering in the week more than once. Tonight my main meal chicken tikka masala “chicken” was actually inedible. Poppadums were soggy and stale and the rice was hard lumps that would not separate. I don’t understand how I can order the same meal from the same restaurant and the quality in the week is terrible compared to the weekend. We may as well of thrown £30 in the bin as I now have to cook.

I can only describe this place as a complete and utter shambles. I booked a table for 6pm and was stood waiting for 15 minutes. I had to go next door as it was linked to a take away, to get a member of staff. Met with a disgruntled staff member, who came into what they describe as a restaurant, to be told its not our fault the bell is not working and throws 2 takeaway menus on the table and left for the takeaway next door. I noticed a couple in the corner who had looked like they had a torrid time but stuck with it. With that, I said, this is a joke and we left. Not for couples, definitely not a restaurant, it’s a takeaway playing at being a restaurant.
