Had two lunches here! Great atmosphere and plenty of room to relax on deck chairs ! Loved to mashed potatoes that came with barbs! Definitely recommend this pit stop below Madelaine slope x

exceptional situation very disappointing. If you don't want to wait, book for 12 hours. staff is very pleasant and simple food (bbq, salads, patisseries and other delicious desserts). but of good quality. there is a good atmosphere and the view is breathtaking.

Snack-bar very nice. a nice view of the lake. entrance, barbecue and desserts are excellent. When you take a dish at the barbecue you get a biper to warn you when it's ready (original )!.the tables are a little bit small. Think about booking because it's not great.

Lots of queue : people, staff up, this is holidays period !And then ambient temperature beer ! Beurk. Coke light cannot be drunk without asking for a full glass of ice cubs.Would have been great to en joy a cold beer, now basic customer satisfaction seems to not be part of service here.

We reserved a table in advance, but when we arrived, we had to queue up for around 20-25 minutes to order food from the BBQ and drinks and then wait for it to be cooked! When the BBQ food was eventually ready to be collected, it was virtually inedible. My 8 year old son had sausages - his food of choice anywhere, but refused to eat them as they were so covered in charcoal. My 9 year old daughter scraped the salt off her lamb in disgust and also refused to eat. They had meat, bread, lettuce & plain pasta (could have had cheese on top). Revolting.The attitude of the staff - without exception - was unbelievably rude and unhelpful.As I am vegetarian, I had to queue up for a further 15-20 mins in...
