Sarah and Claire, provided a lovely afternoon tea for my mother's funeral last week. There was an ample selection of finger cut sandwiches, cakes and scones. The food was delicious and throughly enjoyed by all. I would recommend them.

Always a warm and welcoming café with an excellent range of sarnies, salads and cakes. Despite my feelings on the upcoming 'Coronation ', I will say that the Bay Leaves Larder 's Coronation Chicken special was absolutely delicious and was worth the £8.95 price tag.

It is a very nice place in a very quiet town with very minimal shops. The food here is delicious but the 4 is due to the Costs of food. This morning went for a coffee at the Bay Leaves cafe, our first visit. It was very pleasant at first but then became very busy and noisy and it was difficult to carry on a conversation. The staff were very friendly and pleasant, our coffee was OK. However, both the toast and the chocolate brownie were fairly mediocre.

Bay Leaves Larder is a welcoming cafe coffee shop, with the nicest team always smiling and an asset to anyone's business.. being a contractor and having worked here personally... by far the cleanest kitchen I've seen in a commercial environment for over 20 years..such great food and good energy.. I would eat there anyday.. the food is amazing too

I randomly met up with a friend for coffee and cake at this charming and reasonably priced restaurant. The food looked delicious, especially the cake, and they had an extensive menu to choose from. I also noticed that they had a good selection of options for children. I appreciated that they treated tap water as a normal request, as many places prefer you not to have it.
