I’ve never encountered such a cold greeting at a restaurant before. She led us to a table without making eye contact or engaging in any conversation. I was ready to leave, but my children were hungry after our day at Legoland. When I inquired if we could sit in a standing area (where all but one table was empty), she told me those tables were reserved. Her attitude and tone in response were shocking. I questioned her again, asking if it was really possible that all of them were reserved, and she responded with an eye roll and a smirk before taking us to the standing area. I was taken aback by her behavior and have decided that I will not be returning to this restaurant. It’s essential for someone in her position to be welcoming to customers, unlike the person who served us, who was truly amazing."

Nice restaurant with plenty of seating and good decor. Food was piping hot and very tasty. Staff were very courteous. Recommend for a good night out.

We had a very quiet evening, not nearly as busy as last week, which we appreciated since we didn't have a reservation. The service was attentive, and the food was excellent.

The food was amazing, service fantastic, our waitress Chloe was beautiful. My only criticism was that there was a lot of flies in the restaurant, they seemed to be fruit flies. Other than that, a lovely evening ????????

Love our local Bella Italia. Gorgeous high roof, open, airy, vibey. Fab vegan food. Can't fault it. Ate out with a couple of friends, nicely socially dustanced seating. Waitron very engaging and friendly. Already looking forward to my next visit.

we were pleasantly surprised by our visit. the set menu offers excellent value for money and a good choice. that was great. the service was exceptional, our waiter was fantastic, he was friendly, helpful and very fast to bring food and drinks. the restaurant was well ventilated and had a nice atmosphere many families and groups of buyers eat out.

I visited the restaurant with my 7-year-old, and he had a great time. The staff was minimal, but they were still attentive and polite. The only issue we encountered was when we tried to pay the bill; it took quite a while to get someone’s attention because they seemed to have forgotten about us. Aside from that, we enjoyed a lovely late lunch and dinner.
