I liked the small but varied menu that suits every taste. the food was cooked and served. that is amazing and the prices are very reasonable. I would certainly go back there if I visited york."

Warm welcome. Friendly and helpful staff. Menu fairly short but well thought out and from our perspective plenty of choice. Food delicious. Close to the Minister and enjoyed hearing the chimes from the clock tower. Would happily return.

on Friday evening the restaurant was quieter than expected. our eating was very good, the wine very good the service was right. Delightful sitting in the window overlooking the minster past tourist. this restaurant deserves a lot to do. I'm looking forward to going back.
