Best Kebab - Menu

Execution of every mail I’ve had here has been perfect. Absolutely brilliant, great portion sizes absolutely spot-on. The guys are always welcoming when you come in, they quite literally do exactly what it says on the tin.

Love the healthy choices, the platters and salads however please please consider bringing back the big spinning stick doner kebab with these wonderful dishes. I miss the ‘not so traditional’ doner meat. All the above said, I do really enjoy the food here.

Used to love this place when next to station thought I would try new premises ordered chicken dinner. The meat was very dry no choice of salad just soggy red cabbage tomatoes and cucumber no lettuce or onion yogurt and chilli paste thing no mayonnaise and the price was expensive won't be bothering again

Food ok and yes they have a new shop....but now nearly £60 for 4 kebabs in Flitwick? REALLY? Better meat quality and cheaper within a 5 minute drive. As a result there’s now nearly always 10 people queuing at the little van round the corner. Think they have lost a big share of the market. When the novelty wears off and we head back to a more normal life I suspect they may struggle.

We have been loyal customers of Best Kebab for years, but this was our first time trying something from their new menu. We were a bit hesitant at first, but oh my god, I didn't think they could get any better. Tonight's meal was fantastic. They have taken kebabs to a whole new level of sophistication. Trust me, you'll understand once you try it. Absolutely delicious, thank you guys!

I really enjoy the new menu at this restaurant, but I'm disappointed that they have replaced the delicious new Doner meat with the old, low-quality mystery meat. Despite this setback, I highly recommend trying the other items on the new menu as they are fantastic. It's a shame they decided to go back to selling the old Doner meat when they had something better. I will still eat it, but my wife refuses to touch it.

If you’re after a dirty kebab this is not the place. Since they’ve changed to the new venue it’s traditional Turkish food, meat cooked on the coals on a bed of rice, with lava bread, salad and chilli sauce and yogurt mint sauce on the side. It literally tastes like you’re on holiday. The prices do look steep, but the portions are huge. They also have a great Turkish starter selections too. You can still get a burger and other take away bits, but to be honest you’ll be missing out. My only complaint is they haven’t got an eat in restaurant area, as I’d definitely use it if they did.

I was extremely disappointed with the Sam Special at this restaurant. It was nothing like it used to be and the price has doubled. There was too much rice, when I didn't want any, and the salad was small. The portion of meat was not as generous as it used to be, with no doner meat and the lamb kofti was not spicy. There were no mushrooms, just a small amount of green pepper and two little pieces of tomato. For £30, I expected much more. I would suggest going to Ampthill fish and kebab shop instead. We used to always go to Best kebab, but picked up a Sam Special on our way off the train and were very disappointed. We won't be returning to this restaurant again.

So dissappointed! Looks amazing when you walk in and smells pretty good. Unfortunately the doner meat was the most pale bland meat I have ever tasted. Was also cold, I didnt have far to drive home with my food but it wasn't even warm when I arrived back. The chilli sauce didnt taste of chilli and the bread (not pitta bread) was rock hard. Also what is the salad all about? Watery, mainly red cabbage and no lettuce!!! Gross!! Wont be returning. So many more better kebab shops in Flitwick and the surrounding area.
