Charlotte was so attentive and friendly and really looked after the dogs we brought with us, getting them water bowls, a big thank you to her, she’s a real credit to Bills

We had a lovely meal for my daughter's 9th birthday. Charlotte went above and beyond to make our meal enjoyable, service was efficient and friendly. Would definitely recommend.

The Avocado on Toast comes with poached eggs and the vegetarian breakfast has eggs so be sure to order them without. You can order plain toast and then avocado and beans are add-on options

We booked in a group of our Trustees for lunch. Easy to do, good welcome. Charlotte our table host was amazing-knew the food/menu so well and was very welcoming and helpful. Food was so good and the atmosphere and environment was warm and friendly. We have already booked in again for our staff Christmas party

I went with a friend to Bills for lunch today. Was greeted by a lovely manager at the door. Had the seafood pasta and it was delicious. We were made to feel special and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. A special thanks to Dom who served us. Very attentive to all he served. Well done. He is a credit to your company

Decent food but nothing special for the price. Restaurant is showing wear with flecking paint patches around the table and worn out tufty sofas. Service was initially decent, but became Very slow, which was frustrating and disappointing considering there were only ~3 other tables sat in. Won't go again with so much else on offer in the area.

Nice restaurant with friendly staff who were happy to veganise the vegetarian burger for me. Aware that the brioche bun needed changing so offered a wholemeal gluten free bun instead. Served with a avocado/cucumber/lettuce side salad. There are a few vegan options, an ancient grain bowl and a butternut squash stew. The focaccia with olive and hummus starter was delicious.

Bill’s has great breakfast and lunch offerings, with a large menu and some eclectic burgers to make things interesting. Would definitely recommend for breakfast or lunch, but dinner sadly was something I won’t return for. I ordered steak with peppercorn sauce, and it took nearly 45minutes to come out, it was chewy and tough, extremely salty and the sauce arrived a good 5minutes after the steak. My partner ordered a vegan burger and said similar things, though not quite as bad as the steak. Friendly service though and nice atmosphere.

I have visited Bill's a few times and it has been hit and miss, but I thought having breakfast with friends couldn't really go wrong. Firstly, our drinks took forever to arrive due to a lot of confusion, as it was quite busy. Our food finally arrived after 45 minutes, but one order of poached eggs on toast arrived with the toast half soaked in water and cold eggs. We sent it back, and the second order arrived in a similar condition, with the manager placing it back on the table without apology. Two other dishes also had cold eggs, and an extra dish was brought out towards the end because the water bath apparently was not turned on.
